技术领域
本发明涉及一种轴承,更具体地说涉及一种双列圆柱滚子轴承。
背景技术
现有技术的振动筛用轴承,在其圆柱滚子轴承外设置调心滚子轴承,问题在于,轴承比较笨重,存在偏载现象。而此类机器使用的调心滚子轴承,其内、外圈滚道即承受径向负荷又承受轴向负荷。超过使用要求时,导致一列滚子过载,一列滚子卸载,纵然不严重,也会造成偏载,加速了一列轴承因疲劳受到破坏。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本发明提供了一种专用双列圆柱滚子轴承,其目的旨在提供一种可承受径向负荷,使用寿命长的轴承。
本发明提出了一种双列圆柱滚子轴承,包括外圈、内圈,保持架和两列圆柱滚子;所述的外圈的外径为球面;所述两列圆柱滚子并排放置;所述内圈的一端有固定挡边,用于限定于圆柱滚子的一侧,承受圆柱滚子在一个方向上的径向载荷;所述内圈的另一端设置有活挡边,用于限定于圆柱滚子的另一侧,承受另一方向的径向载荷。
通过上述技术方案,本发明的用双列圆柱滚子轴承,其径向和轴向分别承受载荷,不存在偏载现象,而且为滑动轴承和滚动轴承的组合,其径向负荷的承受能力也相应增大。因此本发明轴承具有结构简单、易于加工、使用寿命长的特点。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,本发明的轴承由外圈1、内圈2、保持架座3、保持架盖4、滚子5和铆钉(未标出)组成。外圈的径向表面为球面,保持架盖4与保持架座3由铆钉相连接,构成保持架。保持架置于外圈1和内圈2之间。滚子5装入保持架座3的兜孔中。内圈2的一端为固定挡边7,位于一列滚子的一侧,用于承受圆柱滚子在一个方向上的径向载荷;内圈2的另一端设置有活挡边8,限定于另一列圆柱滚子的另一侧,用于承受另一方向的径向载荷。固定挡边7一侧圆柱滚子的长度较另一侧的圆柱滚子长。

1、一种球面外圈双列圆柱滚子轴承,其特征在于:包括外圈(1)、内圈(2),保持架(3)和两列圆柱滚子(5);其中:
所述外圈的径向表面为球面;
所述两列圆柱滚子并排放置,各个圆柱滚子的轴线平行或重合设置;
所述内圈的一端有固定挡边(7);所述内圈的另一端设置有活挡边(8)。
2、根据权利要求1所述球面外圈的双列圆柱滚子轴承,其特征在于:所述固定挡边(7)一侧圆柱滚子的长度较另一侧的圆柱滚子长。
