本实用新型公开了一种挤塑机机头，包括机头本体，模套由压紧螺母固定在机头本体的前部，机头本体后部设有料道座，料道座与机头本体嵌合，料道座内设缆芯座，缆芯座内设缆芯腔，机头本体和模套形成料道腔的外壁，料道座和缆芯座形成料道腔的内壁，机头本体上设进料口，进料口与料道腔连通，所述料道腔是锥头在前的锥形腔体，在料道腔的前端设有电缆出口，缆芯座的内部形成锥头在前的锥形缆芯腔，在缆芯腔的前端设有缆芯出口通道，缆芯出口通道正对着电缆出口。本实用新型由于采用前端是锥形的料道腔，能够保证熔融物料的冲量均匀、均压、均流，对模准确，起模方便，提高了产品质量。

本实用新型涉及一种用于电线电缆制造行业的挤塑机机头。
背景技术
目前，用于生产各种电线电缆的挤塑机机头，由于设计上的原因，主机挤出的胶料不均流、不均压、模心有死角、极易造成击穿，还有料道座采用直平结构存在流体料冲量不均匀，模口挤出的胶料速度不同而影响了产品的质量。且现有挤塑机机头还存在体积较大、结构复杂、造价高、产品质量不稳定、使用维修不方便等缺陷。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的就在于克服上述不足提供一种挤塑机机头。
本实用新型的技术方案是：
一种挤塑机机头，包括机头本体，模套由压紧螺母固定在机头本体的前部，机头本体后部设有料道座，料道座与机头本体嵌合，料道座内设缆芯座，缆芯座内设缆芯腔，机头本体和模套形成料道腔的外壁，料道座和缆芯座形成料道腔的内壁，机头本体上设进料口，进料口与料道腔连通，所述料道腔是锥头在前的锥形腔体，在料道腔的前端设有电缆出口，缆芯座的内部形成锥头在前的锥形缆芯腔，在缆芯腔的前端设有缆芯出口通道，缆芯出口通道正对着电缆出口。
在料道座上设锁紧螺母。
在缆芯座上设调整螺母。
在进料口设有滤网。
在机头本体外设置加热器。
本实用新型由于采用前端是锥形的料道腔，能够保证熔融物料的冲量均匀、均压、均流，对模准确，起模方便，提高了产品质量。同时本实用新型体积较较小、结构简单、造价低。生产的产品质量稳定、使用维修比较方便。适合各种电线电缆的生产。

具体实施方式
如附图所示的一种挤塑机机头，包括机头本体，模套13由压紧螺母14固定在机头本体1的前部，机头本体1后部设有料道座2，料道座2与机头本体1嵌合，料道座2内设缆芯座3，缆芯座3内设缆芯腔10，机头本体1和模套13形成料道腔9的外壁，料道座2和缆芯座3形成料道腔9的内壁，机头本体1上设进料口6，进料口6与料道腔9连通，所述料道腔9是锥头在前的锥形腔体，在料道腔的前端设有电缆出口12，缆芯座3的内部形成锥头在前的锥形缆芯腔10，在缆芯腔的前端设有缆芯出口通道11，缆芯出口通道11正对着电缆出口12，在料道座2上设锁紧螺母4，在缆芯座3上设调整螺母5，在进料口6设有滤网7，在机头本体外设置加热器8。

1、一种挤塑机机头，包括机头本体，其特征是：模套(13)由压紧螺母(14)固定在机头本体(1)的前部，机头本体(1)后部设有料道座(2)，料道座(2)与机头本体(1)嵌合，料道座(2)内设缆芯座(3)，缆芯座(3)内设缆芯腔(10)，机头本体(1)和模套(13)形成料道腔(9)的外壁，料道座(2)和缆芯座(3)形成料道腔(9)的内壁，机头本体(1)上设进料口(6)，进料口(6)与料道腔(9)连通，所述料道腔(9)是锥头在前的锥形腔体，在料道腔的前端设有电缆出口(12)，缆芯座(3)的内部形成锥头在前的锥形缆芯腔(10)，在缆芯腔的前端设有缆芯出口通道(11)，缆芯出口通道(11)正对着电缆出口(12)。
2、根据权利要求1所述的挤塑机机头，其特征是：在料道座(2)上设锁紧螺母(4)。
3、根据权利要求2所述的挤塑机机头，其特征是：在缆芯座(3)上设调整螺母(5)。
4、根据权利要求3所述的挤塑机机头，其特征是：在进料口(6)设有滤网(7)。
5、根据权利要求4所述的挤塑机机头，其特征是：在机头本体外设置加热器(8)。
