技术领域
本实用新型属一种风力发电机组运输机舱用全挂车。
背景技术
机舱是风力发电机组的核心,是整机的传动链所在,单台重约25吨,重量大而且占用不少的场地。在风力发电机组组装过程中,机舱必须在装配车间内组装,待机舱组装完毕后运输到风电场进行整机的安装,所以在该过程中必然产生机舱的存放与运输的问题。在传统的机舱组装过程中,机舱设置在安装架上进行组装,组装完毕后使用天车起吊机舱放置于车辆上实现运输或转移。在上述过程中,机舱经过多次反覆起吊,操作不但繁琐缓慢也相应产生一定的安全隐患。所以能否解决操作过程中的繁琐和安全性是关键问题。
发明内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是提供一种简单快捷,并能够保证操作过程中安全性的风力发电机组用全挂车。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型提供的技术方案为:本实用新型设置有牵引挂钩、支承架、主架、车轮,其特征在于:主架前端设置有牵引挂钩,主架底部有车轮均匀承托,前排车轮设置有转向机构在全挂车转向时可助于调整方向,主架上设置有与风力发电机组机舱连接用的支承架。实现代替安装架与分担运输车辆任务的作用。
本实用新型简单快捷,并能够保证操作过程中安全性。

下面结合附图对本实用新型作进一步详细说明:
如图1和图2所示,本实用新型包括有牵引挂钩1、支承架2、主架3、车轮4,主架3前端设置有牵引挂钩1,主架3底部有车轮均匀承托,前排车轮4设置有转向机构在全挂车转向时可助于调整方向,主架3上设置有与机舱连接用的支承架2。当组装时,直接将机舱底座(相当于其它机器的机架)用螺栓连接在支承架2上开始机舱的组装,代替了原安装架的作用。当机舱组装完成后,只需用叉车牵引就可实现转移存放,当需要运输时只需用车辆牵引就可实现,简化了原操作,消除了安全隐患。

1、一种风力发电机组用全挂车,包括牵引挂钩、支承架、主架、车轮,其特征在于:主架前端设置有牵引挂钩,主架底部有车轮均匀承托,前排车轮设置有在全挂车转向时可助于调整方向的机构,主架上设置有与风力发电机组机舱连接用的支承架。
