本实用新型的健睡枕包括；塑料网板，充气枕，海绵，磁性块，中草药袋，布枕套，等置于一体的健睡枕.
所述的健睡枕是驼峰式，中间低两边高的型态.
所述的健睡枕是充气枕作为内心枕头.外覆海绵和套布枕套.
所述的健睡枕是內置扁圆型强磁性块.
所述的健睡枕是两头各置有中草药袋.
本实用新型的有益效果是；[1]因枕头两边高，一边枕于颈椎部使颈椎部减轻弯曲所压，使气血舒暢，[2]由强磁块置与海绵夹层中，使晚上使用所压紧贴头后表面产生磁效作用，有利血液循环.[3]因枕两头置有中草药袋散发中草气息有利于睡眠向好作用.
