常见的枕头都不具有调节高度的功能。公开号为2633131的中国专利申请公开了一种可调节高度的枕头，包括枕芯套和填充物，所述枕芯套上设有开合结构，所述填充物为若干个由小袋和松散填充物制成的袋棉。用户如果觉得枕头高了可把袋棉拿掉一些，如果觉得低了则往枕芯套内增加一些袋棉，这样用户可根据需要方便地对枕头的高度自行调整，满足了用户舒适睡眠的要求。但是这种调节还是非常不方便，且造成枕头的不平整现象。
实用新型内容：
本实用新型的目的是克服现有技术的不足，提供一种方便调节高度的调节枕。
实现上述目的采用的技术方案是：一种调节枕，包括外层枕头(1)和调节枕芯(2)，其特征在于：在于包括外层枕头(1)为上下两层，一边一体连接，其他三面采用拉链(3)连接，调节枕芯(2)设置于外层枕头(1)为上下两层之间。
调节枕芯(2)与外层枕头(1)为上下两层之间的面积相当。
