Abstract
一种金属饰面软片，属于建筑材料技术领域，其克服现有技术的金属饰面板对于带弧度的转角装饰不能平整处理的缺陷，提供一种由铝箔表面层和软基材层热压复合而成的金属饰面软片，所述软基材层包含至少一层的耐磨纸层和牛皮纸层，铝箔表面层上印有装饰花纹，本实用新型金属饰面软片可用于任何角落弯曲、圆形角的装饰。

(一)技术领域
本实用新型属于建筑装饰材料领域，具体涉及一种金属饰面软片。
(二)背景技术
金属饰面板广泛用于各种高档娱乐场所及家庭装饰，产品外观金属质感很强，具有自重轻、安装简便、耐候性好的特点，更突出的是可以使建筑物的外观色彩鲜艳、线条清晰、庄重典雅，这种独特的装饰效果受到建筑设计师的青睐。
现有市场上的金属饰面板都是设有装饰花纹的金属箔片贴覆于树脂版的表面，因为树脂板比较硬，在弯曲、带有弧度或者圆形装饰角落不能很好处理，影响了整体装饰的平整性。
(三)发明内容
本实用新型的目的是克服现有金属饰面板装饰时弧度部分不能平整处理的缺陷，提供一种金属饰面软片，可达到接近完美的装饰效果。
为实现本实用新型目的，采用如下技术方案：
一种金属饰面软片，由铝箔表面层和软基材层热压复合而成，所述软基材层包含至少一层的耐磨纸层和牛皮纸层，铝箔表面层上印有装饰花纹。
本实用新型提供的金属饰面软片，由于轻便和柔软可随意与木板复合，可以用于转角和圆弧的装饰。

以下结合附图对本实用新型结构做详细叙述：
如图1所述的金属饰面软片，由铝箔表面层1和软基材层2热压复合而成，软基材层包含至少一层的耐磨纸层11和牛皮纸层12，铝箔表面层1上印有装饰花纹。
本实用新型金属饰面软片采用如下工艺制作，先铝箔卷材进行表面精加工，制作出各种风格的表面图案，通过印刷工艺技术，制作平面色彩及浮雕效果，经热压工艺，使铝箔与软基材复合而成。本实施例金属饰面软片为三层，即铝箔层、耐磨纸层和牛皮纸层，使用时再跟木板复合。本实用新型最为突出优点是可以用于转角和圆弧的装饰。现有技术的金属饰面板不能用于转角和有弧度的地方。

1、一种金属饰面软片，其特征在于由铝箔表面层和软基材层热压复合而成，所述软基材层包含至少一层的耐磨纸层和牛皮纸层，铝箔表面层上印有装饰花纹。
