本实用新型涉及一种建筑装饰隔板，具体涉及一种PVC膜金属卫生间隔板。
背景技术
在现有技术中的卫生间隔板品种繁多，功能各异，而随着生活水平的提高，人们对卫生间板材装饰效果的要求越来越高，虽然已有复合板材满足要求，但是在卫生间的潮湿环境下，变形和发霉的缺陷显现，其结果是翘曲和平整度不好，这是人们一直希望解决的问题。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是克服现有技术的不足，提供一种外形美观，防水防潮，平整度好、表面处理工艺方法简单多样的一种卫生间隔板，本实用新型通过以下技术方案实现：
本实用新型的一种PVC膜金属卫生间隔板，铝板构成上下面板，在所述两层面板之间复合粘接并热压合有一夹心板，面板外表面上复合粘接有一层装饰膜层。
本实用新型的一种PVC膜金属卫生间隔板，其中：所述装饰保护膜层为PVC膜。
本实用新型的一种PVC膜金属卫生间隔板，其中：所述PVC膜上带有颜色、花纹、图案。
本实用新型的显著特点是：使用在卫生间，本产品在铝板外层上覆有PVC膜，即解决了防水防火和防潮变形问题，又展现出丰富的色彩和图案，装饰效果好，在保证隔板一定硬度的基础上，还可降低所用铝板的厚度，从而大大降低制造成本。

采用铝板构成上下面板2，在所述两层面板2之间复合粘接同时热压合有一夹心板3，这样制成的板材平整，由于外层采用金属材料，即铝板，其材料不吸水，在潮湿环境中无霉变、无变形、表面光滑，所述面板2外表面上复合粘接有一层装饰保护膜层1，所述装饰保护膜层1为PVC膜，在PVC膜上可以带有各种颜色的花纹图案，如木纹、皮纹、石纹等几十种，并且长久不变色，所述粘接层为胶合层，所述复合粘接为粘胶粘接。

1.一种PVC膜金属卫生间隔板，其特征在于：铝板(2)构成上下面板(2)，在所述两层面板(2)之间复合粘接并热压合有一夹心板(3)，所述面板(2)外表面上复合粘接有一层装饰保护膜层(1)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的PVC膜金属卫生间隔板，其特征是：所述装饰保护膜层(1)为PVC膜。
3.根据权利要求2所述的PVC膜金属卫生间隔板，其特征是：所述PVC膜上带有颜色、花纹、图案。
