Abstract
本实用新型公开一种金属带材切边装置，包括上下两个转动轴及上下固定板，上下固定板的两端固定在机架上，上下转动轴上配套设有两组以上间距可调的刀片，上转动轴上刀片下端的内刃口与下转动轴上刀片上端的外刃口配合形成切割；本实用新型设计的更加合理，切割力更强；上下刀片的刃口配合切割，刀片的损伤较小，刀片的使用寿命明显提高。

本实用新型涉及切割机械领域，更确切地说是一种用于金属带材的切边装置。
背景技术：
金属带材经过压轧成型后，两边参差不齐及形成一些毛边需要进行处理，一般都是采用切边机对其毛边做切边处理，现有的切边机只是在上转动轴上设有刀片，金属带材经过转动轴时刀片对此进行切边，这种切割方式有两个缺点：一是切割力不够，经常还带着边没有完全切断，二是对刀片损伤特别严重，刀片需要经常更换。
实用新型内容：
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种上下刀片错位配合切割的金属带材切边装置，该装置的切割力更强、刀片的使用寿命更长。
本实用新型的目的是通过以下技术方案实现的：金属带材切边装置，包括上下两个转动轴及上下固定板，上下固定板的两端固定在机架上，上下转动轴上配套设有两组以上间距可调的刀片，上转动轴上刀片下端的内刃口与下转动轴上刀片上端的外刃口配合形成切割。
本实用新型的进一步方案是，所述上下固定板的内表面还设有上下压板，带材位于上下压板之间。
通过上述技术方案可以看出，金属带材经过时，上转动轴上刀片的内刃口和下转动轴上刀片的外刃口配合对带材需要修剪的边进行切割，上下转动轴上的刀片刃口刚好接触且有一定的弹性，因此，在切割带材时正好将带材切断而基本上不损伤刀片；由于是上下刀片刃口配合完成切割，切割的效果非常好，不存在切割后还连着边没有切断的现象。
本实用新型与现有技术相比，具有以下有益效果：一是设计的更加合理，切割力更强；二是上下刀片的刃口配合切割，刀片的损伤较小，刀片的使用寿命明显提高。

具体实施方式：
如图1和图2所示，上转动轴2和下转动轴9固定在机架上，机架上设有调节手轮1，上转动轴2上设有两个刀片3，下转动轴9上设有两个刀片10，刀片3下端的内刃口与刀片10上端的外刃口刚好接触形成配合切割，上转动轴2的下方设有上固定板5，下转动轴9的上方设有下固定板5a，上下固定板的两端通过螺母7和调节螺栓8固定在机架上，上固定板5的下表面设有上压板6，下固定板5a的上表面设有下压板6a，需要切边的带材4上下压板之间通过，带材的边在上下刀片的配合下完成切割。

1、金属带材切边装置，包括上下两个转动轴及上下固定板，上下固定板的两端固定在机架上，其特征在于：上下转动轴上配套设有两组以上间距可调的刀片，上转动轴上刀片下端的内刃口与下转动轴上刀片上端的外刃口配合形成切割。
2、根据权利要求1所述的金属带材切边装置，其特征在于：所述上下固定板的内表面还设有上下压板，带材位于上下压板之间。
