背景技术
铝塑复合板是一种新型装饰材料，它是由铝和塑料芯材在一定工艺条件下通过专用黏合剂粘接复合而成的板材。因其具有密度小、刚性好、色彩丰富、表面平整度高等一系列优异性能，而被广泛应用于幕墙、室内外装饰等领域。现有技术的铝塑板，它是由铝板上、下面层和聚乙稀塑料芯材层组成，由黏合剂热压复合而成。这种结构的复合板，存在防火性能差的技术问题。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是解决现有技术存在防火性能差的技术问题，提供一种防火铝塑复合板，以克服现有技术的不足。
为了实现上述目的，本实用新型防火铝塑板，它包括铝板上、下面层，其要点是所说铝板上、下面层之间设有无机阻燃剂改性阻燃聚乙烯塑料芯材层，所说铝板上、下面层和芯材层是由高分子粘接膜热压复合成型。
本实用新型其芯材在200℃以上的高温下，能吸热脱水产生水蒸汽而使芯材冷却降温，从而达到阻燃效果，同时，该产品具有不产生有毒气体、发烟量轻微、无熔滴落等特点，能较好的实现铝塑板的物理力学性能和连续化生产工艺要求。
