Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种彩钢岩棉夹芯墙面复合板,其特征在于,在岩棉保温隔热层4的上、下两面均通过粘合层3与镀锌彩色涂层钢板2粘结在一起,在岩棉保温隔热层4的两端还设有包边镀锌板(5、6),在镀锌彩色涂层钢板2的表面设有保护膜1。通过以上设置,本实用新型达到了环保,强度高,稳定,抗老化,耐腐蚀的目的。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种建筑复合板,确切的说是一种彩钢岩棉夹芯墙面复合板。
背景技术
以往钢结构及建筑施工所用复合板采用发泡塑料做芯材,以不锈钢或铝箔纸做复合板表层,经压型机成型后采用粘合剂粘合而成,由于发泡塑料易燃,且铝箔纸硬度太小,故其产品保温性能一般,吸音性能较差,B2级易燃且产生有毒气体,无法现场施工,易老化腐蚀,只能用于双层夹芯板,性比价低。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的便是提供一种环保,强度高,稳定,抗老化,耐腐蚀,性比价高的彩钢岩棉夹芯墙面复合板。
为达到以上目的,本实用新型在岩棉保温隔热层4的上、下两面均通过粘合层3与镀锌彩色涂层钢板2粘结在一起,在岩棉保温隔热层4的两端还设有包边镀锌板(5、6),在镀锌彩色涂层钢板2的表面设有保护膜1,所述镀锌彩色涂层钢板2为平板略带弯头结构。
新型彩钢岩棉夹芯墙面复合板采用立丝状纤维的岩棉或玻璃棉做芯材,以彩色涂层钢板、镀锌板做表面,通过自动化连续成型机,经压型后用高强度粘合剂粘合而成,且用镀锌钢板做包边。
由于彩色涂层钢板和芯材岩棉均为非燃烧体,防火性能为A级不燃,故防火性能极佳,且无有毒烟气产生,导热系数低,保温性能好,强度高,稳定,抗老化,耐腐蚀,性比价高。夹芯板外形美观,色泽艳丽,整体效果好,它集承重,保温,防火,防水于一体,且无需二次装修,安装快捷方便,施工周期短,综合效益好,是一种用途广泛,极具潜力的高效建材。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,岩棉保温隔热层4的上、下两面均通过粘合层3与镀锌彩色涂层钢板2粘结在一起,在岩棉保温隔热层4的两端还设有包边镀锌板(5、6),在镀锌彩色涂层钢板2的表面设有保护膜1,所述镀锌彩色涂层钢板2为平板略带弯头结构。本实用新型以彩色涂层板、镀铝锌光板、不锈钢或镀锌板等金属材料作为表层,用立丝针状纤维的隔热岩棉作为芯材,经全自动连续成型机复合而成。该产品采用全自动连续成型机的主机和各部分机通过表层彩涂板成型,中间隔热层分条放置和两边的金属封边槽成型,以及滴胶,匀胶,加热,最后经复合机压实复合后分割而成。

1、彩钢岩棉夹芯墙面复合板,其特征在于:在岩棉保温隔热层(4)的上、下两面均通过粘合层(3)与镀锌彩色涂层钢板(2)粘结在一起,在岩棉保温隔热层(4)的两端还设有包边镀锌板(5、6),在镀锌彩色涂层钢板(2)的表面设有保护膜(1),所述镀锌彩色涂层钢板(2)为平板略带弯头结构。
