背景技术
现有的用于燃煤锅炉排烟管道的消烟除尘装置多为水雾脱硫除尘器，其结构包括连接锅炉排烟口、开口向下的进烟内筒，包围内筒的外筒，包围外筒下部并与外筒密封连接的水箱，连接水箱底部的水雾化鼓风管道。此种脱硫除尘器处理后的烟气中，仍然能较容易检测到硫及粉尘，说明其工作效率有待于提高。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种水雾脱硫除尘器，用于燃煤锅炉烟气脱硫除尘，提高脱硫除尘效率，克服现有的此类除尘器处理的烟气仍有较多污染物的不足
本实用新型包括现有水雾脱硫除尘器中的与锅炉排烟口相连接、开口向下的进烟内筒，包围内筒的外筒，包围外筒下部并与外筒密封连接的水箱，连接水箱底部的水雾化鼓风管道。所作的改进是：在外筒内上部设淋水喷头，在外筒的上端和烟囱的衔接处有覆盖内、外筒间隙的旋转叶轮。
本实用新型的工作过程是：烟气经内筒导入除尘器后，先与外筒底部经鼓风产生的水雾混合，进行脱硫、除尘，烟气在延内、外筒之间的环套上升中，再与喷头喷淋的水混合，进一步脱硫除尘，并凝结成较大颗粒，落到除尘器底部。水雾被旋转的叶轮阻挡在除尘器内，洁净的烟气由除尘器上升到烟囱，排往大气。
本实用新型的积极效果是增设的淋水喷头加大烟气和水的混合空间，提高了水对烟气中污染物的吸收率，并改善了烟尘的凝结、下落。在外筒上端增加的叶轮，阻止了水雾的排出，降低了污染物随水雾扩散到大气的数量，大幅度提高了排往大气的锅炉废气的洁净程度。

具体实施方式
参阅图1、图2，采用包括连接锅炉排烟口、开口向下的内筒1，包围内筒开口部分的外筒2，包围外筒下部并与外筒密封连接的水箱3，连接水箱底部的鼓风管道4，在外筒上部安装喷水龙头5，喷水量若以直径400mm的外筒为基准，为1.6升/分钟。在外筒上端的内筒与外筒的间隙中安装叶轮6。参阅图3，叶轮由外圆筒6-1和固定在外圆筒上的辐射状排列的叶片6-2组成。
