本实用新型涉及的是移动式轨道,其特征是采用板链传动结构,链节用轴首尾相接,轴的左右有滚轮,该滚轮可在钢结构的轨道上滚动,每个板链的链节上有与轮对接触的卡位圆弧面,在轮对的内轮缘处留有可安装过渡轨道、顶升装置的空间,卡位圆弧面位于外轮缘处,左右两卡位圆弧面对称承载轮对,并将轮对约束于输送方向。优点:与现有移动式轨道的区别在于:撤去了原来的仿轨道曲面中间的缺口,将安装过渡轨道的空间放置于轮对的内轮缘处。移动式轨道采用仿轨道曲面的链板进行输送,使得输送可以实现全自动化,节省人力及额外设备。此轨道更加简单,拆卸方便,故障较少。

本实用新型涉及的是一种用于铁道与轨道交通车辆在进行转向架、轮对、车辆的检修、生产工序中,为方便转向架或轮对以及车辆的输送、转运而形成的移动式轨道,属于物流输送机械范围领域。
背景技术
现有转向架或轮对以及车辆的地面输送手段中,较为先进的是采用移动式轨道。该轨道的结构是整套装置采用板链传动形式,每个板链的链节上有仿轨道曲面,其仿轨道曲面包括一对与轮对上内轮缘相对的卡位圆弧面和一个与踏面接触的行走面,其中与踏面接触的行走面的中间位置开有一对缺口。轨道与轨道相接处,用一个钢轨缩入缺口中,以解决轨道的搭接与转向问题。该装置的缺点是过渡轨道在中间,实现的机构复杂,且成本高;其二,不易安装轮对的顶升机构。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的旨在克服轨道搭接处机构复杂故障多等缺陷,提出一种移动式轨道。它与现有移动式轨道的区别在于:撤去了原来的仿轨道曲面中间的缺口,将安装过渡轨道的空间放置于轮对的内轮缘处。

具体实施方式
对照附图2、3,其结构是链节6用轴首尾相接,轴的左右有滚轮,该滚轮可以在钢结构的轨道上滚动。卡位圆弧面4位于外轮缘处,左右两卡位圆弧面4对称地承载轮对,并将轮对5约束于输送方向。采用板链传动结构(如图3所示),每个板链的链节上有与轮对5接触(即承载)的卡位圆弧面4,在轮对的内轮缘处留有可安装直线过渡轨道7(如图2)、顶升装置等的空间。
