背景技术
目前,饮料罐含有铁磁性罐——铁罐和非铁磁性罐——铝罐这两大类,对大量饮料罐分拣比较麻烦。因此,设计一个可以自动分拣饮料罐的废物箱是非常有必要。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种废饮料罐分拣箱,可以自动分拣出铁磁性物质和非铁磁性物质,提高垃圾回收效率。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的:
一种废饮料罐分拣箱,包括箱体,所述箱体内设有隔板,隔板将箱体分成两个腔室:铁磁性物质腔室和非铁磁性物质腔室,所述隔板的顶端到箱体的顶板有一定距离,所述非铁磁性物质腔室靠近隔板的上方的顶板上开有投罐口,在铁磁性物质腔室上方顶板或侧板上部设有——电磁装置。
所述电磁装置包括光电感应器和电磁铁,所述光电感应器、电磁铁与电源构成回路。
投入饮料罐时,光电感应器马上接通电磁铁的电路,铝罐直接落下,进入非铁磁性物质腔室;铁罐则被吸在电磁铁上,当电路切断后,落进铁磁性物质腔室里。
本实用新型的废饮料罐分拣箱,它结构简单,使用方便,可以自动分拣出铁磁性物质和非铁磁性物质,有利于城市垃圾的分拣处理,提高垃圾回收效率。

具体实施方式
以下将对本实用新型的废饮料罐分拣箱,作进一步的详细描述。
如图1所示:这种废饮料罐分拣箱,包括箱体,所述箱体内设有隔板5,隔板5将箱体分成两个腔室:铁磁性物质腔室7和非铁磁性物质腔室8,所述隔板5的顶端到箱体的顶板有一定距离,所述非铁磁性物质腔室7靠近隔板5的上方的顶板上开有投罐口9,在铁磁性物质腔室7上方顶板设有——电磁装置,当然也可以在铁磁性物质腔室7的侧板上部设有——电磁装置。
本实施例中,所述顶板由两块大小不同的斜板组成,呈尖顶状。非铁磁性腔室8上方的斜板比较大,并且盖住小部分铁磁性腔室7上方空间。电磁装置设置在铁磁性腔室7上方的小斜板内侧。
如图2所示:所述电磁装置包括光电感应器1和电磁铁2,所述光电感应器1、电磁铁2与电源3构成回路。所述光电感应器1充当一个开关的作用。电磁铁2通过固定器4设置在铁磁性腔室7上方的小斜板内侧。
本实用新型是这样工作的:
废饮料罐从投罐口9投入到本实用新型的废饮料罐分拣箱时,投罐口9打开,有光进入,光电感应器1接收到光信息,然后接通电源3,电磁铁2开始工作。如果是铝罐或是其他非铁磁性物质,就会直接掉到下面的非铁磁性腔室8内。如果是铁罐或其他铁磁性物质,就会被吸到电磁铁2上。然后,光电感应器1再次检测,如果没有检测到所设定的光信息,就会断开电源3,此时,电磁铁2就停止工作,原来吸在电磁铁2上的铁罐或磁铁性物质在重力作用下下落,落入铁磁性腔室7。
本实用新型的废饮料罐分拣箱,结构简单,使用方便,可以自动分拣出铁磁性物质和非铁磁性物质,有利于城市垃圾的分拣处理,提高垃圾回收效率。

1、一种废饮料罐分拣箱,包括箱体,所述箱体内设有隔板,隔板将箱体分成两个腔室:铁磁性物质腔室和非铁磁性物质腔室,其特征在于:所述隔板的顶端到箱体的顶板有一定距离,所述非铁磁性物质腔室靠近隔板的上方的顶板上开有投罐口,在铁磁性物质腔室上方顶板或侧板上部设有——电磁装置。
2、权利要求1所述的废饮料罐分拣箱,其特征在于:所述电磁装置包括光电感应器和电磁铁,所述光电感应器、电磁铁与电源构成回路。
