本实用新型涉及一种医疗器具，具体地说是一种气管插管端口封堵器。
背景技术
临床上对不能正常呼吸的危机病人，需要切开气管插入外管帮助病人呼吸。外管在被拔出气管前会尝试逐步封管，待病人情绪稳定完全适应后方可拔出。多年来临床上多采用一些简陋的方法，如用棉球、纱布卷、胶布等进行封堵，但是存在不少缺点：一是这些棉纤维制品形状不规则且遇到分泌物极易潮湿，影响堵管效果；二是棉纤维易随呼吸进入气道，造成呼吸道刺激而引发患者不适及感染；三是不能确保简洁而又牢固的固定，有封堵物坠入气道造成呼吸道梗阻的危险。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服上述不足，提供一种结构简单，使用安全方便，能逐步进行封堵的气管插管端口封堵器。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的：该气管插管端口封堵器由外管、内管、塞芯依次套装组合而成，上端设有环形折边的外管外径与气管插管内径相适应，出气孔面积为气管插管出气孔面积的1/2；内管上端环形折边外径大于外管上端环形折边外径，内管外径与外管内径相适应，内管出气孔面积为气管插管出气孔面积的1/4，内管内的塞芯上端设有环形凸起。
具体应用时，气管插管在被拔出气管前，先将外管插在气管插管端口内，此时通气孔面积为气管插管出气孔面积的1/2，确定患者无异常反应后再在外管内插入内管，此时通气孔面积为气管插管通气孔面积的1/4，确定患者无异常反应后再把塞芯插入内管内将插管密封。
本实用新型的优点：结构简单，使用安全、方便，能逐步进行精确封堵，不会对呼吸道造成刺激。
