本实用新型涉及一种医疗器械，具体的说是一种气管切开术后应用的气管插管封管罩。
背景技术
气管切开是临床上较为常用的一种抢救及治疗手段，气管切开导管在拔管前会尝试逐步封管，待病人情绪稳定完全适应后方可以拔除。多年来临床上多采用一些简陋的方法，如用棉球、纱布卷、胶布等进行封堵，但是存在不少缺点：一是这些棉纤维制品形状不规则且遇到分泌物极易潮湿，影响堵管效果；二是棉纤维易随呼吸进入气道，造成呼吸道刺激而引发患者不适及感染；三是不能确保简洁而又牢固的固定，有封堵物坠入气道造成呼吸道梗阻的危险。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服上述的不足，提供一种结构简单，使用安全方便，能方便快捷地调整开口大小的气管插管封管罩。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的：该气管插管封管罩由圆筒、密封盖组成，圆筒下端敞口，在下端内壁上设有环形凸起；在圆筒上端底板外壁上设有能围绕底板上面中心圆柱转动的密封盖，密封盖上面设有把手，在密封盖和圆筒上端底板上分别开有大小相同的对称的扇形透气孔。
使用时，将圆筒套装在气管插管外端开口上，确定连接牢固后，拨动密封盖上面的把手，将扇形开口调至所需大小即1/2后开始封管，确定患者无异常反应时再逐渐关闭，最后密封盖将底板上的扇形透气孔完全封闭。
本实用新型的优点：结构简单，使用方便，卫生安全，封堵精确，可方便快捷的调整透气孔大小。

1.一种气管插管封管罩，由圆筒(1)、密封盖(2)组成，其特征在于圆筒(1)下端敞口，在下端内壁上设有环形凸起；在圆筒(1)上端底板外壁上设有能围绕底板上面中心圆柱(3)转动的密封盖(2)，密封盖(2)上面设有把手(4)，在密封盖(2)和圆筒(1)上端底板上分别开有大小相同的对称的扇形透气孔(5)。
