Abstract
万向脚轮,属于机械领域。现有结构轮子易因铆钉磨损上盖而脱落,安装时产品的报废率偏高。本实用新型包括轮子、门字形的叉脚以及套接在叉脚上端的上盖,叉脚架设在轮子上缘外侧,叉脚两个下端连接在穿过轮子中心处的连接件上,叉脚上端的中心处设有纵向插入上盖内的铆钉,其特征在于叉脚上端的中心处嵌接有上端开有环形容纳部的衬套,铆钉从叉脚和衬套中心穿过与上盖固定插接,容纳槽内设有钢珠,其优点在于改变了现有技术钢珠的设置位置,使得转动时承受力的部位发生了变化,增大了受力面积,轮子不易脱落,安装时报废率低,采用耐磨材料制造易损件,使用寿命延长,牢固耐用,转动灵活顺畅。
Description
【技术领域】
本实用新型涉及一种安装在可移动装置底面,使其能向任意方向运动的万向脚轮,属于机械领域。
【背景技术】
目前,为了方便搬运沙发、椅子、婴儿床一类的家具或者其他需要移动的装置,通常在其底面安装万向脚轮。现有技术中万向脚轮通常是在轮子的轮轴上安装叉脚,叉脚内固定设有纵向的金属铆钉,再通过套置在铆钉和叉脚上的塑料上盖与装置的底面连接。工作时,铆钉和叉脚并不发生相对位移,仅仅依靠铆钉顶部与上盖间的钢珠滚动实现水平向360度旋转。由于金属铆钉和塑料上盖之间不是紧密配合,脚轮长期使用后,铆钉转动产生的摩擦,会使塑料上盖内防止铆钉脱落的凸筋逐渐磨损、变细变小,从而导致铆钉容易从塑料上盖内脱落,缩短了脚轮使用寿命。此外,这种结构的万向脚轮在达到既定承重要求的情况下,由于受家具或者其他需要移动装置底面安装孔深度和直径的限制,既不能任意增加上盖壁的厚度,也不能通过减少铆钉直径来增加上盖壁的厚度,而安装时往往需要高温加热,脚轮的塑料上盖塑料壁顶部薄相对较薄,与钢珠接触处受力面积小,承重力弱,在高温时经常发生该脚轮的塑料上盖受热受力变形破裂现象,致使产品的报废率偏高。
【实用新型内容】
本实用新型要解决的技术问题和提出的技术任务是克服现有技术的缺陷,提供一种牢固耐用、轮子不易脱落、安装时报废率低的万向脚轮。为此,本实用新型采用如下技术方案:
万向脚轮,包括轮子、门字形的叉脚以及套接在叉脚上端的上盖,叉脚架设在轮子上缘外侧,叉脚两个下端连接在穿过轮子中心处的连接件上,叉脚上端的中心处设有纵向插入上盖内的铆钉,其特征在于所述的叉脚上端的中心处嵌接有上端开有环形容纳部的衬套,铆钉从叉脚和衬套中心穿过与上盖固定插接,所述的容纳槽内设有钢珠。这种结构在使用时,铆钉和上盖不发生相对位移,穿过叉脚的铆钉连同上盖一起依靠上盖与衬套间的多个钢珠滚动实现水平向360度转动,因此克服了现有技术中因铆钉转动磨损上盖内壁的凸筋从而易脱落的现状;同时铆钉顶端与上盖内壁接触面积、多个钢珠与上盖和衬套的接触面积均较现有技术增大,承重能力明显改善,能很好地适应安装时高温和受力的情况,降低了安装时报废率。此外,还可适当增加上盖与钢珠接触处及衬套容纳部的壁厚,进一步降低安装报废率和延长万向脚轮的使用寿命。
对于上述技术方案的完善和补充,可以增加如下技术特征或其组合:
所述的衬套为POM耐磨材料。采用耐磨材料,确保延长万向脚轮的使用寿命,使其牢固耐用,转动灵活顺畅。
所述的叉脚下端表面设有围绕中心均匀分布的加强筋。由于铆钉穿过叉脚,增设的加强筋可用来弥补减损的叉脚强度,保证其能很好地承受铆钉在转动时传递的力。
所述的上盖下端中心处设有环形凸部,钢珠位于容纳槽与环形凸部围成的空间内。避免了钢珠滚动时磨损铆钉侧壁,保证万向脚轮灵活转动。
所述的上盖内壁设有凸筋,铆钉外侧壁上设有对应于凸筋的环槽。这种嵌接连接方式,便于上盖和铆钉保持相对固定,不发生相对位移。
本实用新型改变了现有技术钢珠的设置位置,使得转动时承受力的部位发生了变化,增大了受力面积,避免了因铆钉转动磨损上盖令轮子脱落的情况,安装时报废率低,采用耐磨材料制造易损件,延长万向脚轮的使用寿命,使其牢固耐用,转动灵活顺畅。

【具体实施方式】
下面结合说明书附图和具体实施方式对本实用新型的实质性特点作进一步的说明。
如图1、2所示,现有技术中,万向脚轮包括轮子1、门字形的叉脚6以及套接在叉脚6上端的上盖2,叉脚6两个下端通过穿过轮子1中心处的轮轴8和螺母7架设在轮子1上缘外侧,叉脚6上端的中心处固定嵌接有纵向插入上盖2内的铆钉3,上盖2内壁的凸筋21与铆钉3侧壁的凹槽配合,铆钉3顶部和上盖2之间设有一个钢珠4。
使用时,铆钉3和叉脚6相对静止,铆钉3与上盖2之间发生转动运动。
如图3-10所示,本实用新型的万向脚轮,包括轮子1、门字形的叉脚6以及套接在叉脚6上端的上盖2,叉脚6架设在轮子1上缘外侧,其两个下端开有轮轴孔9,轮轴8依次穿过一侧的轮轴孔9、轮子1中心处、另一侧轮轴孔9与螺母7连接,叉脚6上端的中心处嵌接有上端开有环形容纳部且以POM耐磨材料制成的衬套5,铆钉3从叉脚6和衬套5中心穿过与上盖2固定插接,容纳槽内设有钢珠4。叉脚6下端表面设有围绕中心均匀分布的加强筋61。上盖2下端中心处设有环形凸部22,钢珠4位于容纳槽与环形凸部22围成的空间内。上盖2内壁设有凸筋21,铆钉3外侧壁上设有对应于凸筋21的环槽。
使用时,铆钉3与上盖2相对静止,两者与叉脚6及衬套5发生转动运动。
以上图3-10所示的万向脚轮是本实用新型的具体实施例,已经体现出本实用新型实质性特点和进步,可根据实际的使用需要,对其进行形状、规格材质和色彩等方面的修改,在此不多赘述。
Claims (5)
1.万向脚轮,包括轮子(1)、门字形的叉脚(6)以及套接在叉脚(6)上端的上盖(2),叉脚(6)架设在轮子(1)上缘外侧,叉脚(6)两个下端连接在穿过轮子(1)中心处的连接件上,叉脚(6)上端的中心处设有纵向插入上盖(2)内的铆钉(3),其特征在于所述的叉脚(6)上端的中心处嵌接有上端开有环形容纳部的衬套(5),铆钉(3)从叉脚(6)和衬套(5)中心穿过与上盖(2)固定插接,所述的容纳槽内设有钢珠(4)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的万向脚轮,其特征在于所述的衬套(5)为POM耐磨材料。
3.根据权利要求2所述的万向脚轮,其特征在于所述的叉脚(6)下端表面设有围绕中心均匀分布的加强筋(61)。
4.根据权利要求1或2或3所述的万向脚轮,其特征在于所述的上盖(2)下端中心处设有环形凸部(22),钢珠(4)位于容纳槽与环形凸部(22)围成的空间内。
5.根据权利要求4所述的万向脚轮,其特征在于所述的上盖(2)内壁设有凸筋(21),铆钉(3)外侧壁上设有对应于凸筋(21)的环槽。
