Abstract
本实用新型涉及一种沼气发酵袋,包括密闭的发酵袋体,发酵袋体上设有与该发酵袋体的发酵室连通的进料管、出料管以及输气管,其特征在于:所述进料管、出料管以及输气管分别与发酵袋体通过热合固定连接为一体。本实用新型有使用方便、成本低廉、气密性好的优点。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种沼气制气设备,具体涉及一种沼气发酵袋。
背景技术
沼气作为一种综合利用的再生保能源而深受广大农民欢迎。发展沼气一是可促进农村循环经济,有利于资源的综合利用;其中,人畜粪便、稻草桔杆经发酵处理,可杀灭各种病菌、寄生虫,增加多种生长激素和氨基酸,成为增加土地肥力、有杀虫效果、改良土地的优质肥料;沼气作为再生能源可用于做饭、照明、取暖,一口沼气池每年可为每户农民节省3000—4000元。
目前沼气的池体有采用塑性材料制成的类型,这种池体在池体上设有进料管、用于连接抽渣器的出料管以及输气管等。与已有的水泥沼气池以及玻璃钢沼气池相比,这种塑性材料的池体具有结构简单、造价低廉、可以折叠,尤其具有在农村运输方便的优点。但是,从结构设计以及实际使用方面来看,这种沼气池有以下缺点:池体在进料管处、出料管处以及输气管处设置通孔,各通孔部位设置连接件,进料管处、出料管处以及输气管通过连接件固定。其中进、出料管的连接件(见图2)由分别置于池壁内、外侧的内件5a和外件5b组成,内件5a由设有内螺纹的管节固定在开孔圆盘上组成,外件5b由设有螺纹的管节固定在开孔圆盘上组成,内件的管节旋入外件的管节内螺旋连接。输气管的连接件(见图3)也由内件6a和外件6b构成,内件6a又由气嘴固定在开孔圆盘上组成,气嘴后部上设有外螺纹,外件6b由螺母固定在开孔圆盘上组成,内件的气嘴后部的外螺纹与外件的螺母的内螺纹相旋接。各连接件与池体采用机械方式固定连接,当池体内的气压过大引起池体发生变形时,容易造成连接件与池体之间形成间隙,导致沼气泄漏,因此,上述各部件与池体的连接方式不能保证池体的气密性;以及采用连接件不但使池体的成本增高,而且连接各管道时操作较为复杂。使用时,这种塑性的池体的连接件需在现场加工制作,安装复杂,使用不方便。
发明内容
针对上述技术问题,本实用新型的目的是提供一种使用方便、成本低廉并且气密性好的沼气发酵袋。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的:发酵袋体上设有与该发酵袋体的发酵室连通的进料管、出料管以及输气管,进料管、出料管以及输气管分别与发酵袋体通过热合固定连接为一体。
采用了上述方案,进料管、出料管以及输气管分别与发酵袋体通过热合固定连接为一体。避免了现有技术使用连接件将进、出料管以及输气管与发酵袋体连接,这样在使用时无须再将进、出料管以及输气管与发酵袋体进行现场装配,不但可以节约连接件的成本,还有使用的方便的优点;另外,当发酵袋体内的气压增高使发酵袋体发生变形时,进、出料管以及输气管与发酵袋体之间始终不会出现间隙,能够确保发酵袋的气密性。
本实用新型除具有上述优点外,在地面上和地面下均可以使用。
下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本实用新型作进一步说明。

具体实施方式
参照图1,本实用新型的沼气发酵袋,发酵袋体1的材质为聚乙稀树脂软片,该聚乙稀树脂软片为具有增强性能的特种添加剂的聚乙烯(PVC)树脂软片,发酵袋体1的开口采用热合方式进行密闭。发酵袋体1的壁厚为0.5—0.6mm,本实施例中的发酵袋体的壁厚为0.56mm。发酵袋体1上设有与该发酵袋体发酵室连通的进料管2、出料管3以及输气管4,所述进料管、出料管以及输气管分别与发酵袋体通过热合固定连接为一体。
本实用新型安装在地面上时,可以通过修建的护墙等装置对其进行保护,也可以安装在设置的低于地面的地坑中。由于本实用新型将进料管2、出料管3以及输气管4发酵袋体通过热合固定连接为一体,使发酵袋成为成品袋,在使用时直接将进料管2与连通进料口的管道连接,将出料管3与用于排渣的抽渣器连接,将输气管4与用于使用沼气的终端设备的输气软管连接即可。不但使用方便,而且成本低,气密性好。

1.一种沼气发酵袋,包括密闭的发酵袋体,发酵袋体上设有与该发酵袋体的发酵室连通的进料管、出料管以及输气管,其特征在于:所述进料管、出料管以及输气管分别与发酵袋体通过热合固定连接为一体。
2.根据权利要求1所述的沼气发酵袋,其特征在于:所述发酵袋体的壁厚为0.5—0.6mm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的沼气发酵袋,其特征在于:所述发酵袋体采用的材料为聚乙稀树脂软片材料。
