Abstract

【技术领域】
本实用新型涉及一种电连接器组件,尤其涉及电连接器组件中具有锁紧结构的电连接器,当电连接器与对接连接器相插接时,该锁紧结构可避免绝缘本体从电路板上脱落。
【背景技术】
一种用于传输高速信号的新型连接器组件,其被称为微型SAS(SerialAttached SCSI,串行连接SCSI),已经由SFF(Sma1l Form Factor,小尺寸架构)协会发行,SFF协会发行的SFF-8088规格的屏蔽型连接器组件包括插头连接器与插槽连接器,安装于电路板上的插槽连接器包括设有对接口的绝缘本体,插头连接器包括对接头,当该对接头插入插槽连接器绝缘本体的对接口中时,可实现插头连接器与插槽连接器之间的电连接。
插槽连接器的绝缘本体通过一对小定位柱固定于印刷电路板上。当插槽连接器与插头连接器相插接时,如果施加于插槽连接器的力过大时,则其绝缘本体容易从印刷电路板上脱落。
基于所述的现有技术,确有必要对现有的电连接器进行改进。
【实用新型内容】
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题为:提供一种可避免绝缘本体从印刷电路板上脱落的电连接器。
为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型所采用的技术方案为:一种电连接器,其可安装于电路板,该电连接器包括绝缘本体、收容于绝缘本体的若干个导电端子、及遮蔽壳体,所述绝缘本体包括对接空腔,所述绝缘本体侧壁还设置有可将其固定于电路板的锁紧件,该锁紧件至少部分被遮蔽壳体所包覆,且锁紧件与遮蔽壳体之间存在一定间隙。
与现有技术相比,在电连接器绝缘本体的侧壁设置有可将其固定于电路板的锁紧件,该锁紧件可避免绝缘本体从电路板上脱落。

【具体实施方式】
请参阅图6,连接器组件包括电连接器100及对接连接器200。
请参阅图1至图3,本实用新型的电连接器100包括绝缘本体1、收容于绝缘本体1的若干导电端子2、及包覆绝缘本体1的遮蔽壳体3,该遮蔽壳体3安装于电路板5,该电连接器100进一步包括两个锁紧件4,所述两个锁紧件4能够将绝缘本体1可靠的固定于电路板5。
绝缘本体2包括上壁11、下壁12、后壁14、及分别与上壁11、下壁12、后壁14相连的一对侧壁13,所述上壁11、下壁12、一对侧壁13与后壁14共同形成水平方向的对接空腔15,对接空腔15设置有一个较大的前端开口151,每一侧壁13中间部分的下端设置有与电路板5相对的通道17,定位柱16从每一侧壁13下表面向下延伸而成,且与前端开口151相邻接。若干凸起142从后壁14下部向后延伸而成,凸起142沿横向排成一行,且每两个相邻的凸起142之间隔开一定的间隙。每一侧壁13包括定位部18,该定位部18为T形,其包括矩形孔181,矩形孔181有一内表面1811和一对侧面1812,每一侧面1812下部分别延伸出一个L形凸块182,各凸块182与内表面1811之间形成锁紧槽(未标示)。
请参阅图3,导电端子2包括沿垂直方向排成两行的第一组端子21和第二组端子22,第一组端子21和第二组端子22分别沿横向排列成行。第一组端子21中的各端子包括向前延伸、并向下倾斜的接触杆211,该接触杆211前端向上弯曲形成接触部212,后端形成扩展的固持部213,转折部216自固持部213后端下部向后延伸而成,且略微向下倾斜,腿部217自转折部216末端向下沿竖直方向延伸而成,第一脚部218相对于腿部217约90°角向后弯曲而成。固持部213进一步包括有矩形调节孔214,该固持部213下部前端还设置有锥形凸部215,该凸部215与接触杆211成一定的角度。
第二组端子22中的各端子包括向前延伸、并向下倾斜的接触柄221,该接触柄221前端向下弯曲形成接触端222,转接部226自接触柄221后端向后水平延伸而成,转接部226中间位置向上延伸形成保持部223,该转接部226末端与支撑部227上端相接,支撑部227呈倒置的“Z”形,且该支撑部227下端还设有向后延伸而成的水平第二脚部228,保持部223为设有竖向槽224的矩形,其一侧还设有倒刺225。“Z”形支撑部227的形状可以控制第二组端子2的阻抗,并进一步改善信号传输的性能。
遮蔽壳体3包括顶壁31、底壁32、壳体后壁37和一对侧面壁33。所述顶壁31、底壁32、壳体后壁37与一对侧面壁33相连形成腔体34。脊部36将遮蔽壳体3分为环形对接口341和壳体后部342。底壁32的后部设有与腔体34相贯通的窗口38。两个导向部35(请参阅图2)分别位于一对侧面壁33的内表面。各导向部35呈“L”形,导向通道350由导向部35沿对接方向限定形成,且所述导向通道350与对接口341相对齐。侧面壁33外表面下部设有横梁331,各横梁331均设有一对上螺孔332,其分别位于横梁331的前后部。一对竖直柱体333分别形成于侧面壁33的内表面,且靠近壳体后壁37。各竖直柱体333顶部设有倒角334。顶壁31前部设有一对锁紧孔311,其可与对接连接器200的锁紧结构206相锁扣。
各锁紧件4由金属片制成,其包括接合部41、中间部42、及脚部43,所述中间部42比接合部41窄,该中间部42自接合部41下端向下延伸而成,脚部43与中间部42下端相连,且与中间部42成大约90°角度。
电路板5上包括若干个接触垫,所述接触垫包括第一组接触垫51和第二组接触垫52。电路板5上设置有两对下螺孔53和一对定位孔54。在电路板5前端还设有定位开口55。
请参阅图4至图6,并结合图1至图3,组装时,第一步,将第一组端子21沿水平方向组装于绝缘本体1的上壁11,接触杆211置于上壁11的端子槽(未标示)中,接触部212延伸至对接空腔15中,固持部213干涉固持于后壁14的上部。转折部216位于凸起142上方,第一腿部217下端夹持于相邻两个凸起142形成的间隙(未标示)中。第二步,将第二组端子22沿垂直方向组装于绝缘本体1的下壁12中,接触柄221置于下壁12的端子槽(未标示)中,接触端222延伸至对接空腔15中,保持部223插入后壁14的下部,“Z”形支撑部227从下壁12下方露出。然后,将锁紧件4插入绝缘本体1的定位部18中,其上端的接合部41与定位部18的锁紧槽(未标示)相配合,脚部43由中间部42下端向外弯曲而成。第三步,将绝缘本体1安装于电路板5上,且定位柱16插入电路板5的定位孔54中,第一组端子21的第一脚部218和第二组端子22的第二脚部228分别置于第一组接触垫51和第二组接触垫52上。第四步,将第一组端子21的第一脚部218焊接于第一组接触垫51,第二组端子22的第二脚部228焊接于第二组接触垫52,并将锁紧件4的脚部43焊接于电路板5上的垫片56。第五步,将遮蔽壳体3安装至电路板5,先将绝缘本体1从遮蔽壳体3的窗口38放入腔体34中,使脊部36与电路板5上的定位开口55相靠贴,并将遮蔽壳体3的上螺孔332与电路板5的下螺孔53对齐,然后将螺钉(图未示)插入其中使得遮蔽壳体3和电路板5固定在一起,此时,遮蔽壳体3内表面与绝缘本体1之间设有一定间距。其他锁紧结构,如螺钉、能将绝缘本体1定位于电路板5的锁扣件,都可满足要求。绝缘本体1上设置的通道17在焊接过程中有利于空气流动,从而可以改善焊接质量。
请参阅图6、7,对接连接器200包括上壳体201和下壳体202,所述上壳体201和下壳体202结合在一起形成收容空间204,该收容空间204前部容置第二电路板205形成对接部203,若干个金属片(未标示)设置于第二电路板的上、下表面并与电缆207形成电连接,锁紧结构206设置于上壳体201,当对接连接器200与电连接器100相接合时,首先将对接部203插入遮蔽壳体3的前端对接口341,并进入腔体34;接着,对接部203沿导向部35所限定的导向通道350滑动,当电连接器100与对接连接器200实现接合时,绝缘本体1前端与各锁紧件4至少部分收容于收容空间204中,第二电路板205插接于对接空腔15中,其金属片与第一组端子21的接触部212及第二组端子22的接触端222相接触。由于绝缘本体1被锁紧件4固定于电路板5上,因此可以承受对接连接器200的撞击。另外,对接部203前端与遮蔽壳体3的一对竖直柱体333相邻接,可以减少对接连接器200施加于绝缘本体1的撞击力。

Claims (10)

1.一种电连接器,其可安装于电路板,该电连接器包括绝缘本体、收容于绝缘本体的若干个导电端子、及遮蔽壳体,所述绝缘本体包括对接空腔,其特征在于:所述绝缘本体侧壁还设置有可将其固定于电路板的锁紧件,该锁紧件至少部分被遮蔽壳体所包覆,且锁紧件与遮蔽壳体之间存在一定间隙。
2.如权利要求1所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述绝缘本体的对接空腔由上壁、下壁、及一对侧壁形成,所述一对侧壁分别设有与锁紧件相配合的定位部。
3.如权利要求2所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述定位部包括内表面,及两个相对的侧面,所述两个侧面均设有凸台,在凸台与内表面相接处形成可将锁紧件固定的锁紧槽。
4.如权利要求1所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述遮蔽壳体外表面设置脊部,该脊部将遮蔽壳体分为对接口和壳体后部。
5.如权利要求1所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述遮蔽壳体包括由其顶壁、底壁、壳体后壁与一对侧面壁相连形成的腔体,所述底壁设有与绝缘本体大小相适应的窗口,所述绝缘本体从该窗口置于遮蔽壳体的腔体中。
6.如权利要求5所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述一对侧面壁的内表面分别设置有竖直柱体。
7.如权利要求5所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述顶壁前端设有一对锁固孔。
8.如权利要求5所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述遮蔽壳体侧面壁外侧设置有横梁,所述横梁上设有上螺孔,电路板上相应位置处设置有下螺孔。
9.如权利要求1至8任一项所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述导电端子包括第一组端子和第二组端子,所述第一组端子沿前后方向设置于绝缘本体,第二组端子沿垂直方向设置于绝缘本体。
10.如权利要求9所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述绝缘本体还包括后壁,该后壁设置有若干个向后延伸而成的凸起,所述第一组端子中每个端子均包括夹持于相邻两个凸起之间的第一脚部。
