Abstract

一种电连接器,其包括绝缘本体、收容于绝缘本体内的端子、组设于绝缘本体内的套环及遮覆于绝缘本体外的遮蔽壳体,所述绝缘本体包括对接面以及贯穿对接面的收容腔,所述电连接器具有一盖体,套环组设于盖体内,盖体遮覆于绝缘本体上,遮蔽壳体遮覆于盖体外并且扣持于绝缘本体上。本实用新型电连接器的套环可稳固固持于绝缘本体上,不易松脱。

【技术领域】
本实用新型涉及一种电连接器,尤其涉及一种具有套环的电连接器。
【背景技术】
请参中国台湾专利证号第I294712号揭示的一种用于传输通信信号的电连接器,其包括绝缘本体及收容于绝缘本体内的导电端子,绝缘本体前端凸伸出圆筒体,该圆筒体开设插接孔,一套环组装于圆筒体上,并且通过套环上凸伸的卡钩与绝缘本体上的卡孔的卡扣配合以及套环上的凸肋及圆筒体的外壁的干涉配合实现套环与绝缘本体之间的配合。但是,由于圆筒体太短且干涉配合不牢固,常常会发生套环与绝缘本体松脱的现象。
因此,有必要设计一种可克服上述缺陷的电连接器。
【实用新型内容】
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种电连接器,其套环可稳定固持于绝缘本体上,不易松脱。
为解决上述问题,本实用新型采用如下技术方案:一种电连接器,其包括绝缘本体、收容于绝缘本体内的端子、组设于绝缘本体内的套环及遮覆于绝缘本体外的遮蔽壳体,所述绝缘本体包括对接面以及贯穿对接面的收容腔,所述电连接器具有一盖体,套环组设于盖体内,盖体遮覆于绝缘本体上,遮蔽壳体遮覆于盖体外并且扣持于绝缘本体上。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型电连接器具有如下有益效果:套环通过盖体及遮蔽壳体的夹持稳定固持于绝缘本体上。

【具体实施方式】
请参阅图1至图3所示,本实用新型电连接器100主要包括绝缘本体1、收容于绝缘本体1内的端子2、套设于绝缘本体1上的套环3、与套环配合的盖体4、遮覆于绝缘本体1及盖体4外的遮蔽壳体5以及薄膜制成的贴覆于绝缘本体1的对接面11的垫片6。
请参阅图3所示,绝缘本体1设有对接面11以及贯穿所述对接面11的可收容对接连接器(未图示)的收容腔10。对接面11向内凹陷有一凹陷部111,且所述凹陷部111位于收容腔10的周围。对接面11还设有与收容腔10连通且贯穿对接面11及绝缘本体1的顶面的缺口112,所述端子2的接触凸点21通过缺口112凸伸于收容腔10内。绝缘本体1的侧壁为非连续侧壁,其由第一侧壁12及第二侧壁13构成,所述第一及第二侧壁12、13上设有向外凸伸出的卡块121、131。
套环3包括一圆筒形基环31以及位于基环31后端的自基环31向外凸伸且圆周大于基环31的凸环32。套环3上设有与所述绝缘本体1上的缺口112所对应的缺口311。
请参阅图3及图4所示,盖体4包括基板41、自基板41两侧向下延伸的侧板42以及自基板41前端向下延伸且与侧板42连接的前板43。前板43上设有收容套环3的收容孔430,所述收容孔430向前延伸出一凸出前板43的圆筒体431。基板41与前板43连接处设有与所述套环3上的缺口311所对应的缺口4311。圆筒体431内壁上设有凸肋4312。
请参阅图5及图6所示,套环3自后向前套设于盖体4内,通过圆筒体431内侧壁上的凸肋4312与基环31的外侧壁的干涉配合使得套环3固持于盖体4内,其中基环31自圆筒体431内沿伸出,圆筒体431遮覆于基环31上,且基环31的前端面凸伸出圆筒体431的前端面,凸环32的前端面抵靠于前板43的内侧面432上,套环3上的缺口311与盖体4上的缺口4312对齐以收容端子2的接触凸点21。
请参阅图2及图3所示,将已组装好的套环3及盖体4组装至绝缘本体1上,其中套环3的凸环32组设于绝缘本体1的凹陷部111内,基环31及圆筒体431凸伸出绝缘本体1的对接面11;盖体4的前板43遮覆于绝缘本体1的对接面11,基板41覆盖于绝缘本体1的顶壁并将端子2收容于其内,侧板42遮覆于第一侧壁12及第二侧壁13之间,设置于绝缘本体1前端的卡块121收容于侧板42靠近前端下缘处设置的缺口421内。如此,套环3夹持于绝缘本体1与盖体4之间,再将遮蔽壳体5组装于绝缘本体1外,请配合参阅图1所示,此时,遮蔽壳体5的顶板51覆盖于盖体4的基板41上,侧板52上设置的卡孔521、522与绝缘本体1上对应的卡块121、131相互扣持,后板53覆盖于绝缘本体1的后壁。如此,盖体4即稳定固持于遮蔽壳体5及绝缘本体1之间。最后,将用薄膜制成的垫片6贴覆于绝缘本体1的对接面11上即完成电连接器100的组装(参图1所示),所述垫片6将对接面11上的缺口112贴住使得本实用新型电连接器100的前端外观更加简洁美观。
本实用新型电连接器100将套环3组设于一盖体4内,再将已配合的套环3及盖体4组装于绝缘本体1上,最后通过遮蔽壳体5将套环3、盖体4稳固夹持于遮蔽壳体5与绝缘本体1之间,如此之新颖结构,且使套环3通过盖体4及遮蔽壳体5的夹持稳定固持于绝缘本体1内,不易松脱。

Claims (10)

  1. 【权利要求1】一种电连接器,其包括绝缘本体、收容于绝缘本体内的端子、组设于绝缘本体内的套环及遮覆于绝缘本体外的遮蔽壳体,所述绝缘本体包括对接面以及贯穿对接面的收容腔,其特征在于:所述电连接器具有一盖体,套环组设于盖体内,盖体遮覆于绝缘本体上,遮蔽壳体遮覆于盖体外并且扣持于绝缘本体上。
  2. 【权利要求2】如权利要求1所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述盖体包括前板,前板上设有圆筒体,套环包括基环以及与基环连接且向外凸伸的圆周大于基环的凸环,所述凸环的前端面抵靠于前板的内侧面上,基环自圆筒体内延伸出。
  3. 【权利要求3】如权利要求2所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述圆筒体遮覆于基环外侧壁,圆筒体内侧壁上设有凸肋,所述凸肋与基环的外侧壁干涉配合。
  4. 【权利要求4】如权利要求1所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述绝缘本体的对接面向内凹陷有一凹陷部,所述凹陷部位于收容腔的周围,所述套环组设于凹陷部内。
  5. 【权利要求5】如权利要求1所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述盖体设有基板,所述绝缘本体具有顶壁,基板覆盖于绝缘本体的顶壁上并遮覆住端子。
  6. 【权利要求6】如权利要求5所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述遮蔽壳体具有顶板,所述顶板遮覆于盖体的基板上。
  7. 【权利要求7】如权利要求1所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述盖体具有侧板,绝缘本体具有非连续的第一侧壁及第二侧壁,所述侧板收容于第一侧壁与第二侧壁之间。
  8. 【权利要求8】如权利要求7所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述侧板位于下缘处设有缺口,第一侧壁上设有卡块,所述卡块收容于缺口内。
  9. 【权利要求9】如权利要求1所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述遮蔽壳体具有侧板,侧板上设有卡孔,所述绝缘本体上设有与卡孔对应的卡块。
  10. 【权利要求10】如权利要求1所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述端子具有沿伸入收容腔的接触凸点,绝缘本体上设有贯穿收容腔的缺口,所述套环及盖体设有与所述绝缘本体上的缺口相对应的缺口,所述这些缺口互相队齐以收容端子的接触凸点。
