Abstract
组装式钢质门框，目前市场上的钢质门包括防盗门、楼寓门、防火门。其门框均为冷轧钢板或带钢折弯或辊轧成门框型材，再按规格焊接成整体门框，焊后对焊接处人工修复抛光。本实用新型组成包括：立框(1)，所述的立框(1)与上、下门坎(2)连接，所述的立框(1)两端与加强件(10)连接，所述的上、下门坎(2)两端与门框连接件(6)连接，所述的立框和加强件(10)通过内六角螺钉(7)与门框连接件(6)连接，所述的立框(1)、上、下门坎(2)分别与直角连接件(11)连接。本实用新型应用于建筑门窗的制造。

本实用新型涉及一种组装式钢质门框。
背景技术：
目前市场上的钢质门包括防盗门、楼寓门、防火门其门框均为冷轧钢板或带钢折弯或辊轧成门框型材，再按规格焊接成整体门框，焊后对焊接处人工修复抛光。
这种门框不便于大规模工业化生产，占据空间大也不方便运输。
发明内容：
本实用新型的目的是提供一种通用性强、适合工业化大规模生产的组装式钢质门框。
上述的目的通过以下的技术方案实现：
组装式钢质门框，其组成包括：立框，所述的立框与上、下门坎连接，所述的立框两端与加强件连接，所述的上、下门坎两端与门框连接件连接，所述的立框和加强件通过内六角螺钉与门框连接件连接，所述的门框、立框分别与直角连接件连接。
所述的组装式钢质门框，所述的立框、上、下门坎与装饰边连接，所述的装饰边对角处压入装饰边定位件连接，所述的直角连接件与螺钉连接。
所述的组装式钢质门框，所述的立框与活动安装板连接。
所述的组装式钢质门框，所述的立框具有L型折边，所述的上、下门坎具有L型折边。
本实用新型的有益效果：
1.本实用新型提高门框的标准和通用性，便于大规模工业化生产。
2.本使用新型门框和装饰边可以分别加工，涂装成不同颜色，增加花色品种。
3.本实用新型安装时安装位置可调，方便现场施工。
4.本实用新型门框可拆装，占据空间小，适合散件加工，散件运输，节省了整体门框占据的空间，节省了作业面积，大大降低了运输成本。

具体实施方式：
实施例1：
组装式钢质门框，其组成包括：立框1，所述的立框1与上、下门坎2连接，所述的立框1两端与加强件10连接，所述的上、下门坎2两端与门框连接件6连接，所述的立框和加强件10通过内六角螺钉7与门框连接件6连接，所述的立框1、上、下门坎2分别与直角连接件11连接。
所述的组装式钢质门框，所述的立框1、上、下门坎2与装饰边5连接，所述的装饰边5对角处压入装饰边定位件8，所述的直角连接件11与螺钉9连接。
所述的组装式钢质门框，所述的立框1与活动安装板3连接。
所述的组装式钢质门框，所述的立框具有L型折边4，所述的上、下门坎具有L型折边4。
生产时用冷轧带钢辊轧成附图三所示的剖面形状和框材和装饰边。框材两端特殊辊轧成普通焊接门框设有L型折边，便于连接件安装且增加门框刚度，按门框规格分别锯切，冲裁成立框1和上下门坎2，将门框连接件6焊接在上下门坎2的两端，加强件10焊接在立框1的两端，然后用内六角螺钉7将立框1和门坎2紧固在一起，再将直角连接件11的四角对角处用螺钉9将立框1和门坎2紧固，即组成不带装饰边门框，如需要装饰边，将装饰边分别扣在左右立框和上门坎的L型折边4处，用螺钉9紧固并在对角处装入装饰边用装饰边定位件8固定。

1.一种组装式钢质门框，其组成包括：立框，其特征是：所述的立框与上、下门坎连接，所述的立框两端与加强件连接，所述的上、下门坎两端与门框连接件连接，所述的立框和加强件通过内六角螺钉与门框连接件连接，所述的立框、上、下门坎分别与直角连接件连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的组装式钢质门框，其特征是：所述的立框、上、下门坎与装饰边连接，所述的装饰边对角处压入装饰边定位件，所述的直角连接件与螺钉连接。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的组装式钢质门框，其特征是：所述的立框与活动安装板连接。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的组装式钢质门框，其特征是：所述的立框具有L型折边，所述的上、下门坎具有L型折边。
5.根据权利要求3所述的组装式钢质门框，其特征是：所述的立框具有L型折边，所述的上、下门坎具有L型折边。
