Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种仿真皮植绒面料。旨在提供一种制造工艺简单、强度高、透气性好、真皮感强，而价格便宜的仿真皮植绒面料。它包括基布，在基布上涂有粘合剂，经粘合剂通过静电，在基布的一个表面或上下两个表面吸附粘结有绒毛，其特征在于所述的基布为化纤布或植物纤维布或化纤与植物纤维的混纺布，所用的绒毛为真皮绒毛。该实用新型表面与真皮十分相像，上述仿真皮植绒面料的优点是，具有仿真皮性强、强度高，比真皮成本低，对零星的真皮可得到充分的利用，是一种真皮的替代品，可作为箱包、沙发等理想的装饰材料。

本实用新型是一种面料，更具体地说涉及一种仿真皮的植绒面料。
背景技术
真皮由于其强度高、透气性好是一种高档的面料，由于资源的有限和加工工艺的复杂，价格一向较高，但具有真皮性能、外观和手感又相似，通过植绒方式制得仿真皮的植绒面料却未曾见面。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种制造工艺简单、强度高、透气性好、真皮感强，而价格便宜的仿真皮植绒面料。
为了达到上述要求，本实用新型是这样实现的：包括基布，在基布上涂有粘合剂，经粘合剂通过静电，在基布的一个表面或上下两个表面吸附粘结有绒毛，其特征在于所述的基布为化纤布或植物纤维布或化纤与植物纤维的混纺布，所用的绒毛为真皮绒毛。
所用的真皮绒毛是用真皮经粉碎后通过深加工制成的，用真皮绒毛植绒制得的面料，表面与真皮十分相像，上述仿真皮植绒面料的优点是，具有仿真皮性强、强度高，比真皮成本低，对零星的真皮可得到充分的利用，是一种真皮的替代品，可作为箱包、沙发等理想的装饰材料。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本实用新型作进一步的说明。
图1是在基布的一个表面粘结有真皮绒毛的仿真皮植绒面料的局部剖面图。它是以化纤布或植物纤维布或化纤与植物纤维的混纺布为基布1，其中化纤布是主要指涤纶布或腈纶布或锦纶布；植物纤维布主要指棉布；混纺布主要指涤棉布。在基布1上涂有粘合剂2，经粘合剂2通过静电在基布1的一个表面吸附粘结有真皮绒毛3。当然根据使用要求也可以在基布1的上、下两个表面均吸附粘结有真皮绒毛3如图2所示。
Claims (4)
1、仿真皮植绒面料，包括基布，在基布上涂有粘合剂，经粘合剂通过静电，在基布的一个表面或上下两个表面吸附粘结有绒毛，其特征在于所述的基布为化纤布或植物纤维布或化纤与植物纤维的混纺布，所用的绒毛为真皮绒毛。
2、根据权利要求1所述的仿真皮植绒面料，其特征在于所述的化纤布是指涤纶布或腈纶布或锦纶布。
3、根据权利要求1所述的仿真皮植绒面料，其特征在于所述的混纺布为涤棉布。
4、根据权利要求1所述的仿真皮植绒面料，其特征在于所述的植物纤维布为棉布。
