Abstract

本实用新型提供一种电连接器组件,其包括绝缘本体、收容在绝缘本体内的可轴向弹性伸缩的若干导电端子及组装至绝缘本体后端的印刷电路板,所述导电端子包括位于前端的接触部及位于后端的尾部,所述绝缘本体具有一对接端口,所述印刷电路板包括面对绝缘本体后端的前表面和与前表面相反的后表面,所述导电端子的前端的接触部延伸入所述对接端口内;所述电连接器组件还包括安装至印刷电路板后表面且与印刷电路板电性连接的导电元件,所述印刷电路板形成具有贯通其前后表面的多个通道,所述导电端子的尾部穿过对应的上述通道而沿轴向抵住所述导电元件。本实用新型具有改良的导电元件结构,可以使端子与印刷电路板达到更可靠的连接。

Description

电连接器组件
【技术领域】
本实用新型是关于一种电连接器组件,尤其指一种用于高速传输信号的电连接器组件。
【背景技术】
POG0(弹簧)型端子广泛运用于充电电池连接领域。美国公告专利第6,773,312号中揭示了这样的端子,它包括与弹簧装配的接触杆、收容弹簧和接触杆的筒状本体以及暴露在本体外部与印刷电路板电性连接的安装部。随着科技的不断进步,设计了这类连接器的不同结构以适合各方面的要求。美国公告专利第6,814,626号又揭示了这样的抵接式端子,其包括设有与弹簧抵接的突起的U型安装部,和沿垂直于端子延伸方向表面安装至印刷电路板的底部。
但上述类型连接器的安装部结构相对复杂,不适合运用在电连接器组件中。
【实用新型内容】
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种电连接器组件,其具有改良的导电元件的结构,可以使端子与印刷电路板达到更可靠的连接。
为了实现上述目的,本实用新型采用如下技术方案:一种电连接器组件,其包括绝缘本体、收容在绝缘本体内的可轴向弹性伸缩的若干导电端子及组装至绝缘本体后端的印刷电路板,所述导电端子包括位于前端的接触部及位于后端的尾部,所述绝缘本体具有一对接端口,所述印刷电路板包括面对绝缘本体后端的前表面和与前表面相反的后表面,所述导电端子的前端的接触部延伸入所述对接端口内;所述电连接器组件还包括安装至印刷电路板后表面且与印刷电路板电性连接的导电元件,所述印刷电路板形成具有贯通其前后表面的多个通道,所述导电端子的尾部穿过对应的上述通道而沿轴向抵住所述导电元件。
下面结合附图及较佳实施例对本实用新型作进一步说明。

【具体实施方式】
参照图1至图3,本实用新型第一实施例的电连接器组件100包括绝缘本体2、组装在绝缘本体2上的若干导电端子3、组装在绝缘本体2上的印刷电路板4、若干个分别与导电端子3和印刷电路板4电性连接的导电元件8、组装在印刷电路板4且与印刷电路板电性连接的应力释放装置5、与应力释放装置5电性连接以达到与印刷电路板4电性连接的线缆(未图示),分别组装在本体2上且可将各组件覆盖在其内的前、后盖体1,7。
请参照图1至图2,所述绝缘本体2上设置了两对大型的第一收容通道23和一个位于正中的自前表面向后表面凹陷的小型的第二收容通道24。特别地,电连接器组件100的表面被设计为牙刷形状。
请参照图1至图2,导电端子3包括一对接地端子32、位于一对接地端子32间的一对电源端子31和位于一对电源端子31间的一个提供侦测作用的信号端子33。所述每一个端子3呈POGO(弹簧)针型,即在电源端子31内部设有弹簧(未图示),组装时,导电端子3的接触部37可沿组装方向向后被挤压而弹性伸缩。所述每个接地端子32包括一直径较小的可被挤压的圆柱型接触部37,直径较大的圆柱型传输部35和直径更大的形成于传输部35末端的尾部36。所述电源端子31与接地端子32的结构基本类似,电源端子31的圆柱型接触部37比接地端子32的长度短。因此,接地端子32可以最先与对接连接器对接,而最后从对接连接器上脱离,这样就保证了电源和信号的传输。所述信号端子33与电源端子31的结构类似,只是信号端子33的每一部份都比电源端子31的直径小。
参考图1、图2和图4,导电元件8包括五个Z字型结构的焊接片。每一导电元件8包括第一接触部81、与第一接触部平行的第二接触部82和连接第一接触部81与第二接触部82的水平连接部83。
参考图1和图2,所述印刷电路板4设置为垂直的平面,且沿前后方向即对接方向形成一定的厚度。印刷电路板4包括一基板40,基板40具有前表面和相反的后表面,还包括左右两端。自基板40的前表面向后表面设置了若干直径与导电端子3的传输部35匹配的通道41。所述通道41沿垂直于对接的方向对齐排列成一排。在基板40的右端设置了若干通孔42。每一通孔42均被镀上导电材料用以和线缆(未图示)电性焊接,所以通孔也可称为线缆连接部。基板40的前后表面的左端共设置一对发光二极管(LED)43。印刷电路板4上装配了一个驱动IC(集成电路芯片)44,以促使发光二极管42发光。
应力释放装置5为金属或其它导电材料制成的冲压件。应力释放装置5包括一用以固持线缆(未图示)金属编织层的应力释放部52和自应力释放部52的上下方沿水平方向延伸出来一对相互平行的延伸臂51。每一水平方向上的延伸臂51包括一与应力释放部52连接的倾斜面511、平滑部512和形成于平滑部512自由末端的U型尾部510。U型尾部510呈U形,其包括一对由平滑部512弯曲形成的侧部可电性连接印刷电路板4。
所述线缆包括内部导线、包围内部导线的金属编织层和将金属编织层封装的外被。剥去外被就暴露出内部导线和金属编织层。每根导线包括导体和绝缘层。
所述前、后盖体1,7分别装配在绝缘本体2上。前盖体1为导电材料制成,可与对接连接器接触。前盖体1包括一本体部12和形成于本体部12的前端并具有一定厚度的矩形凸缘部10。矩形凸缘部10上设置了一自前表面向后凹进的椭圆形的前端收容腔101以收容对接连接器。本体部12自后表面向前凹进一与矩形前端收容腔101连通用以收容绝缘本体2的矩形后端收容腔120。所述后端收容腔120比前端收容腔101稍大,因此在其两者之间形成一台阶16。
后盖体7由树脂材料制成牙刷形状。后盖体7包括矩形主体部70和沿垂直于矩形主体部70的方向延伸的管状延伸部72。矩形主体部70上沿前表面向后凹进一收容空间700,管状延伸部72上设置了一与收容空间700连通的圆形通道720以使线缆通过。特别的,后盖体7上设置了一不规则形状的窗口73。导光管71与印刷电路板4的左端和一对发光二极管43外型匹配且首先射出成型,后盖体7在此基础上将导光管71暴露在窗口73中后成型。因此,后盖体7与导光管71成为一个整体。光线从发光二极管43中发射出来,经由内模6传输到导光管71中再向外发光。
内模6由透明或半透明的材料制成,由发光二极管43中发射出来的光线也可以透过内模6向外发光。
请参照图3至图8,并结合图1和图2,组装时,首先导电端子3自后向前穿过印刷电路板4的通道41直至导电端子3的尾部36与印刷电路板41的后表面抵接。每一Z字型的导电元件个自与对应的导电端子3及印刷电路板4的后表面上线路相焊接。第一和第二接触部81,82分别与导电端子3的尾部36和印刷电路板4上的线路焊接,水平连接部83与尾部36的侧边接触。传输部35干涉收容在绝缘本体2的收容通道23,24内,接触部37暴露在绝缘本体2的前表面的外部,这样导电端子3就组装到绝缘本体2上。组装上导电端子3的绝缘本体2和印刷电路板4一起组装至前盖体1上,绝缘本体2收容本体部12的后端收容腔120内,导电端子3的接触部37则暴露在前端收容腔101的外部。
内模6成型在导电端子3和印刷电路板4、导电元件8和绝缘本体2之间的连接区域。由于内模6为透明或半透明材料制成,因此从印刷电路板4的发光二极管43上发出的光线可以通过内模6的左侧转角向外发射。线缆(未图标)的导线的导体通过通孔42后焊接在印刷电路板4上与印刷电路板4和导电端子3形成电性连接。应力释放装置5组装至印刷电路板4和线缆上。一对U型U型尾部510分别焊接在印刷电路板4前后表面邻近通孔42的线路上。线缆前端被挤夹在一对倾斜面511中间并且被应力释放部52固持。特别的,被应力释放部52固持的线缆的前端被剥出内金属遮蔽层以达到与印刷电路板4电性连接。
最后,后盖体7和导光管71组装在连接器上,包覆了除前盖体1的矩形凸缘部10的所有元件。如此形成具有牙刷形状的电连接器组件100。组装后,线缆的前端收容在后盖体7的管状延伸部72内,其它部分则收容在管状延伸部72的后端。
请参考图9,图标为本实用新型导电元件8’的第二实施例,导电元件8’呈Ω型,其包括一对与印刷电路板4的线路焊接的第二接触部82’、一个与导电端子3的尾部36焊接的第一接触部81’和一对分别连接对应第二接触部82’和第一接触部81’的水平连接部83’。

Claims (10)

1.一种电连接器组件,包括:绝缘本体、收容在绝缘本体内的可轴向弹性伸缩的若干导电端子及组装至绝缘本体后端的印刷电路板,所述导电端子包括位于前端的接触部及位于后端的尾部,所述绝缘本体具有一对接端口,所述印刷电路板包括面对绝缘本体后端的前表面和与前表面相反的后表面,所述导电端子的前端的接触部延伸入所述对接端口内;其特征在于:所述电连接器组件还包括安装至印刷电路板后表面且与印刷电路板电性连接的导电元件,所述印刷电路板形成具有贯通其前后表面的多个通道,所述导电端子的尾部穿过对应的上述通道而沿轴向抵住所述导电元件。
2.如权利要求1所述的电连接器组件,其特征在于:所述导电元件为呈Z形或Ω形的焊接片,并与印刷电路板后表面的线路和导电端子焊接。
3.如权利要求1所述的电连接器组件,其特征在于:所述导电端子的尾部后端暴露在印刷电路板后表面外。
4.如权利要求1所述的电连接器组件,其特征在于:所述导电元件还包括与导电端子尾部焊接的第一接触部和与形成于印刷电路板后表面上的线路焊接的第二接触部。
5.如权利要求1所述的电连接器组件,其特征在于:所述电连接器组件还包括组装至绝缘本体上的前后盖体,且前后盖体的制作材料不同,所述后盖体为牙刷形状。
6.如权利要求1所述的电连接器组件,其特征在于:所述电连接器组件还包括线缆和应力释放装置,所述线缆包括与印刷电路板电性连接的导线、与应力释放装置电性连接的金属遮蔽层和外被,所述应力释放装置包括与线缆的金属遮蔽层电性连接的应力释放部和沿垂直于对接方向将印刷电路板夹在中间的一对延伸臂。
7.如权利要求1所述的电连接器组件,其特征在于:所述导电端子包括一对用于传输电源的电源端子、一对接地端子和一个传输信号的信号端子,所述每一导电端子为弹簧型端子,其包括当与对接连接器对接时可压入的接触部。
8.如权利要求1所述的电连接器组件,其特征在于:所电连接器组件进一步包括成型在导电端子和印刷电路板、导电元件和绝缘本体之间的连接区域且为透明或半透明材料制成的内模,所述印刷电路板包括至少一个可以透过内模发光的发光二极管。
9.如权利要求8所述的电连接器组件,其特征在于:所述电连接器组件包括收容内模、绝缘本体和线缆的后盖体,所述后盖体上设置了一可暴露内模的窗口,其可透出自发光二极管发出的光线。
10.如权利要求9所述的电连接器组件,其特征在于:所述电连接器组件还包括可以将窗口暴露的内模遮蔽起来的导光管。
