Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种新型由微电脑控制的绞线机采用一个主传动变频电机和一个伺服电机来实现所有的生产工序要求。对生产不同规格高精度的铜绞线尤为实用,与国内其它传统绞线机相比,具有结构紧凑,由于采用了碳素纤维绞弓使该机功耗低,生产效率高。整机传动采用齿形同步带轮,传动平稳,传动精度高,噪音低。同时由于采用微电脑控制,使节距调整和设定十分方便。采用了磁粉离合器,使收线张力得到有效的控制,从而实现恒张力收线。对高精度的铜绞线产品确保其质量稳定,并提高了生产工艺水平。

一、技术领域
本实用新型绞线机,涉及的是电线电缆设备设计制造技术领域,特别涉及汽车电线电缆设备设计制造技术领域,应用于高精度的汽车电线电缆制造。
二、背景技术
随着我国汽车工业的飞速发展,用于汽车制造的高精度铜绞线需求量日益增大,目前国内生产的绞线机,速度低,收线盘小和生产效益低下等缺点,已不能适应国内市场的需求。汽车电线电缆生产厂家在市场上寻找高效,高精度的绞线机,用以改变我国电线电缆制造行业的落后状况,来满足市场的需要。
三、发明内容
本实用新型绞线机的目的是,适应市场需要,提高机械速度,将收线盘加大,放线采用了主动放线,以确保每一根单丝的张力恒定,保证了绞线的质量和后道工序的要求。
其技术是这样实现的:
绞线机,包括主传动电机,伺服电机,磁粉离合器,碳素纤维绞弓和收线装置结构,其特征在于:所述绞线机由微电脑控制,主传动电机通过交流变频方式带动所述绞弓。牵引和收线采用先进的伺服电机技术,绞线张力控制通过同步带轮带动磁粉离合器来实现。
所述绞弓也可为不锈钢绞弓。
其明显优点是:与国内传统的绞线机相比,速度高,绞制精度高,操作方便,生产效益高,同时由于采用微电脑控制,产品质量稳定,提高了工艺生产水平。为了降低了不必要的机械损耗,主传动采用弹性连轴器直接传动,通过地轴和同步带轮将动力直接传至绞弓,来保证传动精度,降低机械损耗。润滑上采用了自喷循环油润滑来保证轴承在高速运行下的可靠性。改变了我国在电线电缆制造行业绞线的落后状况,使汽车电线电缆生产挤身于国际先进行列。

其中:1-主传动电机、2-主传动地轴、3-齿形同步带轮、4-齿形同步带轮、5-左摇篮架主轴、6-伺服电机、7-磁粉离合器、8-排线装置、9-碳素纤维绞弓、10-润滑系统、11-右摇篮架主轴、12-齿形同步带轮、13-收线盘、14-弹性联轴器、15-齿形同步带轮、16-齿形同步带轮、17-齿形同步带轮、18-齿形同步带轮、19-齿形同步带轮、20-齿形同步带轮、21-齿形同步带轮、22-测速电机、23-牵引轮。
五、具体实施方式
以下结合图1和图2对本实用新型绞线机作进一步描述:
见图1,绞线机由微电脑控制,整个机械结构固定在机身上,主传动电机1通过弹性联轴器14与主传动地轴2连接,通过齿形同步带轮3和齿形同步带轮12分别将动力传至左摇篮架主轴5和右摇篮架主轴11来带动碳素纤维绞弓9,从而实现铜线的绞合工序,润滑系统10采用喷雾式自循环油润滑系统来解决主传动地轴在高速重载运转下的温升问题。
见图2,由伺服电机6分别通过齿形同步带轮15和齿形同步带轮16带动牵引轮23,并由齿形同步带轮19带动测速电机22。由齿形同步带轮17带动磁粉离合器7。磁粉离合器7通过齿形同步带轮20、齿轮同步带轮21和齿轮同步带轮18带动收线盘13,从而来实现牵引,排线和收线的同步。
根据测速电机22的模拟信号来控制碳素纤维绞弓的转速,来实现不同的绞线节距,从而实现了电子无节调整节距(即任意电子节距)
通过磁粉离合器7输入和输出轴的差速来控制收线的张力,从而达到恒张力收线的效果。在生产过程中可根据收线的张力实际需要进行在线调整。

1、绞线机,包括主传动电机,伺服电机,磁粉离合器,绞弓,其特征在于:所述绞线机由微电脑控制,主传动电机通过交流变频方式带动所述绞弓。
2、根据权利要求1所述的绞线机,其特征在于:主电机通过弹性联轴器连接地轴,地轴的二端分别通过齿形同步带和将动力连接绞弓的主轴。
