背景技术
目前,用于楼道、走廊、卫生间照明的节电方法是加装节电开关,有声光、红外、超声、射频感应等几种方式,成本和能耗各异,各有特点,其共同特征是只能起到照明时间控制,不能改变照明灯本身的电光转换效率,绝大多数产品不支持节能灯,需要专业人员安装,用户选用不便。
发明内容
为了克服现有照明节电产品的不足,提高电光转换效率,本实用新型提供了一种高效LED声光微功耗监控节能灯,同普通灯泡一样直接与灯头连接。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:LED照明方案与高效声光微功耗监控技术有效整合为一体的实用装置,达到高效照明和节能的目的。
本实用新型的有益效果是,光源及控制电路为一体,结构简单,25瓦白炽灯的亮度,功耗小于1.7瓦,微功耗监控功耗为0.04瓦,每晚点亮30次计算,每次点亮时间为一分钟,月耗电为0.058度,年耗电小于0.7度,节电效果明显,使用方便。

具体实施方案
图1中,TP1、TP2输入连接220V与灯头连接,电容C1为恒流元件,D4为照明LED限压元件。照明LED采用6个串联、4路并联方式。D1为红色LED电源指示。R2为降压和限流电阻,为监控电路提供低压小电流供电。以U1-U6(4069)低功耗CMOS集成电路构成的监控电路,U1、U2为声控监测,Rg为光敏电阻,连接在PNP三极管Q4基极与地之间构成下拉方式,其目的是改善光敏电阻非线性特征和调控范围,协同U3、U4实现光控功能,R6、C4为延时元件,U5、U6为输出驱动。可控硅导通时,LED点亮,实现照明。可控硅截止时,整机电流为0.17mA,能耗很小。
当控硅导通时,因负载的下拉作用流过R2的电流已下降到14uA,仍能提供的可控硅的驱动电流,同时4069的供电虽已低于正常工作电压,但4069集成电路特性仍能保持延时后的关断,因此达到了设计要求的低功耗监控的目的,监控电流主要由R2设置,可选0.11-2.0mA,本实用装置特定为0.11-0.50mA之间,主要选定0.16-0.20mA。

1.一种LED声光微功耗监控节能灯,其特征是:直接与灯头连接,降压和限流电阻,为监控电路提供低压小电流供电,使用4069低功耗CMOS集成电路构成的监控电路,光敏电阻连接在PNP三极管基极与地之间构成下拉方式,可控硅导通时,LED点亮,监控电流可设定0.11-0.50mA范围。
