背景技术
由于水资源的紧缺,节约农业生产中灌溉的用水,显得十分迫切,大田滴灌技术是一种新型的高效、节水灌溉技术,使用面积逐年增大,目前滴灌技术均采取支管、轮灌的模式,在实际应用中主要采用管件连接支管方式,目前,有用钢卡将管件和支管联在一起,也有采用绑扎形式,将管件和支管联在一起,不仅很不方便,而且不能彻底解决连接部位的漏水问题,还会造成滴灌系统泄压,
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种安装连接方便、快捷,防漏效果好、加工工艺简单、成本低的一种滴灌系统管道快速连接装置。
本实用新型包括连接管件,其特征在于连接管件上连接支管的两端分别设有卡环,连接管件连接支管的两端呈斜坡面,卡环的内孔为外大内小的斜面。
为了更好的密封上述卡环的内壁最好设有凸台。
为了便于安装卡环外壁上沿外圆的圆周方向最好间断设有轴向凸起。
安装使用时将支管套入连接管件后,将卡环向外旋拉,卡环便将管件和支管紧紧地固定为一体,起到很好的防漏作用。
本实用新型具有安装连接方便、快捷,防漏效果好、加工工艺简单、成本低的优点。
