本实用新型涉及一种氟碳保温板,更确切地说,涉及一种泡沫层上带凹槽的氟碳保温板。
背景技术
氟碳保温板已广泛应用于建筑行业,这种保温板具有较好的冬季保温和夏季隔热功能,而且强度高、刚性好、质量轻、抗风压、抗蠕变性能优越,降低了建筑的荷载,同时还节省成本,经济耐用。一般的氟碳保温板在施工安装过程中,直接将保温板的泡沫层的底面通过粘结胶浆贴在作业面上,但这种方式下保温板与作业面之间的粘合力比较小。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种氟碳保温板,通过在氟碳保温板的泡沫层上设置若干用于填充粘结胶浆的凹槽,从而大大提高保温板和作业面之间的粘合力。
本实用新型的氟碳保温板包含泡沫层和氟碳层,泡沫层的外表面上包含至少一个用于填充粘结胶浆的凹槽。该凹槽的深度小于该泡沫层的厚度。
由于在氟碳保温板的泡沫层上设置了用于填充粘结胶浆的凹槽,使得泡沫层与作业面之间的接触面增大,从而大大增强了保温板与作业面之间的粘合力。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,氟碳保温板1包含泡沫层3和氟碳层2,在泡沫层3的上表面上设有四个圆形的凹槽4,这些凹槽4均匀对称地分布在泡沫层3上。这些凹槽的深度小于该泡沫层的厚度,优选地,凹槽的深度为泡沫层厚度的三分之一。
当需要将这种氟碳保温板1安装到工作面上时,除了在泡沫层3的上表面的四周涂覆上粘结胶浆,还需要在凹槽4中填充上粘结胶浆。
当然,凹槽4也可以为矩形或其他形状。
由于凹槽4中也填充了粘结胶浆,这就增大了泡沫层3与作业面之间的接触面积,从而大大增强了两者之间的粘合力。

1.氟碳保温板,包含泡沫层和氟碳层,其特征在于,所述的泡沫层的外表面上包含至少一个用于填充粘结胶浆的凹槽。
2.根据权利要求1所述的氟碳保温板,其特征在于,所述的凹槽的深度小于所述的泡沫层的厚度,所述的凹槽为圆形槽或矩形槽。
