本实用新型涉及一种氟碳保温板，更确切地说，涉及一种具有多层结构的氟碳保温板。
背景技术
氟碳保温板已广泛应用于建筑行业，这种保温板具有较好的冬季保温和夏季隔热功能，而且强度高、刚性好、质量轻、抗风压、抗蠕变性能优越，降低了建筑的荷载，同时还节省成本，经济耐用。一般的氟碳保温板在泡沫层上涂覆硅酸钙板层后直接覆盖氟碳层，这就导致氟碳层容易从保温板的表面上剥落，影响了氟碳保温板的外观和使用寿命。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种氟碳保温板，通过在氟碳保温板的硅酸钙板层和氟碳层之间增加表面腻子来增大氟碳层的附着力。
本实用新型的氟碳保温板包含泡沫层和氟碳层，在氟碳层和泡沫层之间还包含表面腻子层、硅酸钙板层和粘结胶层，在氟碳层的外表面上还附着有保护膜。
由于在氟碳保温板的硅酸钙板层和氟碳层之间增加了表面腻子，大大提高了氟碳层的附着力，从而延长了保温板的使用寿命。

具体实施方式
如图1所示，氟碳保温板100至上而下分为保护膜1、氟碳面漆层2、氟碳底漆层3、表面腻子层4、硅酸钙板层5、粘结胶层6和泡沫层7。
在制造过程中，硅酸钙板层5通过粘结胶6附着于泡沫层7上，然后在硅酸钙板层5的表面涂上表面腻子4，接着在表面腻子4上先后分别涂覆氟碳底漆3和氟碳面漆2，最后在氟碳面漆2上覆盖保护膜1.
由于在氟碳漆与硅酸钙板层5之间增加了表面腻子4，使得氟碳漆的表面附着力得到了增强，从而延长了氟碳保温板的使用寿命。

1.氟碳保温板，包含泡沫层和氟碳层，其特征在于，在所述的氟碳层和泡沫层之间还包含表面腻子层、硅酸钙板层和粘结胶层，在所述的氟碳层的外表面上附着有保护膜。
