复合型增效射孔弹,属于钻井射孔作业射孔弹技术领域。所要解决的技术问题是提供一种具有高能增效的复合型射孔弹。解决其技术问题的技术方案,包含射孔弹及增效头;射孔弹包含弹壳、主炸药及药型罩,弹壳的中心有主炸药孔,弹壳的下端有传爆孔,主炸药装在主炸药孔中,药型罩压在主炸药上;增效头包含高能药饼及增效头罩,有中心孔的高能药饼装在射孔弹的弹壳的上端面上,增效头罩装在射孔弹的弹壳的上端,将高能药饼压在射孔弹上。本实用新型应用于钻井作业射孔。有益效果是在射孔作业中,主炸药和高能药饼同时起爆,增大射孔强度,保证射孔作业效果。

本实用新型属于在井眼内用射孔弹穿透井壁装置技术领域。
背景技术
已有技术射孔弹,适用于常规的钻井射孔作业。其不足之处是在石油油田老井挖潜及新井开发作业中,药效不够大,而影响作业效果。
发明内容
所要解决的技术问题是提供一种具有高能增效药饼的复合型增效射孔弹。
解决其技术问题的技术方案如下,复合型增效射孔弹,包含射孔弹及增效头;射孔弹包含弹壳、主炸药及药型罩,弹壳有内孔,弹壳的下端有传爆孔,主炸药装在弹壳的内孔中,药型罩装在主炸药的上面;增效头包含有中心孔的高能药饼及增效头罩,高能药饼装在射孔弹的弹壳的上端面上,增效头罩装在射孔弹的弹壳的上段,将高能药饼固定在射孔弹上。
主炸药起爆后,引燃高能药饼,达到增效作用。
有益效果:本实用新型应用于钻井射孔。有益效果是在射孔作业中,主炸药和高能药饼同时起爆,增大射孔强度,保证射孔作业效果。

具体实施方式如下,复合型增效射孔弹,包含射孔弹1及增效头2;射孔弹1包含弹壳3、主炸药4及药型罩5,弹壳3有内孔,弹壳3的下端有传爆孔6,主炸药4装在弹壳3内孔中,药型罩5装在主炸药4的上面;增效头2包含有中心孔的高能药饼7及增效头罩8,高能药饼7装在射孔弹1的弹壳3的上端面上,增效头罩8装在射孔弹1的弹壳3的上段,将高能药饼7固定在射孔弹1上。

1.复合型增效射孔弹,包含射孔弹(1),其特征在于还包含增效头(2);射孔弹(1)包含弹壳(3)、主炸药(4)及药型罩(5),弹壳(3)的中心有内孔,弹壳(3)的下端有传爆孔(6),主炸药(4)装在弹壳(3)的内孔中,药型罩(5)压在主炸药(4)的上面;增效头(2)包含有中心孔的高能药饼(7)及增效头罩(8),高能药饼(7)装在射孔弹(1)的弹壳(3)的上端面上,增效头罩(8)装在射孔弹(1)的弹壳(3)的上段,将高能药饼(7)固定在射孔弹(1)上。
