Abstract

本实用新型涉及汽车内饰领域，精确地说是一种汽车内饰地板或俗称“脚垫”。
背景技术
随着人们对汽车内饰的需求和品位的不断提高，对汽车脚垫的美观性、舒适性、清洁性、实用性等方面的综合性能和设计理念也提出了更高的要求，目前的脚垫一般采用单一材料制作，功能不全面，不能够同时满足驾乘人员的综合需求。塑料或橡胶类脚垫的美观性和舒适性不好；化纤或毛毯类脚垫容易脱落纤维或细毛、滋生螨虫，影响健康，脏后不易清洁；塑性成型脚垫或硬质地板的踩踏舒适性不好或防滑性能较差。纯粹的软质或硬质脚垫都难以满足较高标准的要求。
发明内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题就是提供一种踩踏舒适性好和防滑性能好的复合型汽车地板。它由面层(1)、弹性层(2)、硬质层(3)和底层(4)组成，各层之间使用胶贴剂依次粘接而紧密复合。面层(1)为易清洁、耐磨、美观的软质材料，如皮革类；弹性层(2)为具有弹性的膨化材料，如海绵或其它发泡材料，可以增加脚踩的舒适性、防滑性和整体的质感与美观，同时由于弹性层(2)的缓冲作用，使得面层(1)的使用寿命大大延长；硬质层(3)为一种硬质材料，如塑性的材料或由热压成型的竹木板材，使其轮廓线(5)和弧度与汽车内部的地坪(6)和构造更好地吻合，避免了一般软质脚垫在对应的汽车地坪(6)上不能完全固定的缺点；底层(4)为一种软质的复合材料，如PVC合成材料，比一般的硬质地板更好地与汽车地坪(6)紧密吻合，可以避免硬质材料表面对汽车原有地面装饰层的磨损。
利用硬质层(3)上的定位孔(7)，结合使用胶粘剂，使得各层之间紧密复合。通过定位孔(7)穿孔引线，实现各种线纹或图案(8)，并利用线的勒紧使得弹性层(2)的材料沿着线的走向局部压缩，并在面层上显示出有规则的弹性凸起(9)，增加美观、舒适和防滑性能。
本新型实用创造性地结合了汽车软质脚垫和硬质地板的优点，祛除了各自的不足之处，解决了驾乘人员对汽车脚垫的综合要求，全面实现美观、舒适、易清洁、防滑、无纤维脱落等性能；复合后的面层(1)外观效果与车内的座椅、内壁等的形象和材质保持一致，使车内空间的视觉和美观更加谐调统一。

具体实施方式
前排座椅前的汽车地坪(6)为带有上起的弧度角，硬质层(3)的材料需要热压成型做出与汽车地坪相吻合的弧度角，使之与汽车地坪(6)完全贴合；后排座椅前的汽车地坪(6)为平面，对应的硬质层(3)只需要为平面的硬质板材。
分别按照车内对应位置的地坪形状的曲线轮廓切割出每块脚垫硬质层(3)的形状和轮廓线(5)，并在硬质层(3)的上面划线确定表面需要实现的线纹或图案(8)，然后在上面的相应位置打好定位孔(7)。
按照硬质层的轮廓线(5)放大一定尺寸的周边余量裁剪出面层(1)和弹性层(2)，使用少量的胶粘剂使面层(1)和弹性层(2)贴合，防止移动错位。
按照硬质层(3)上打好的定位孔(7)确定的线纹或图案(8)，用适当的线穿孔引线使硬质层(3)与上述贴合好的面层(1)和弹性层(2)完全复合，同时在面层(1)上面实现线纹或图案(8)。
面层(1)和弹性层(2)的周边余量沿着硬质层(3)的轮廓线(5)包住硬质层的侧面边缘，使得轮廓线(5)的边缘与车内的构造曲线更紧密地贴合。
按照硬质层(3)的轮廓线(5)裁剪出底层(4)的形状，用胶粘剂将底层(4)粘合在硬质层(3)的下面，与上述复合好的面层(1)、弹性层(2)、硬质层(3)贴合，这样各层之间实现紧密的复合，完成实施。
前排左、右和后排左、右共4块脚垫为1套。其中后排的2块为平面状态，而前排的2块则根据汽车对应的地坪情况为不同弧度的曲面状态。

1.一种复合型汽车地板，其特征在于：它包括面层、弹性层、硬质层和底层，所述的面层、弹性层、硬质层和底层使用胶贴剂依次粘接而紧密复合。
2.根据权利要求1所述的复合型汽车地板，其特征在于：所述的面层设有规则的弹性凸起，所述的硬质层上设有定位孔。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的复合型汽车地板，其特征在于：所述的面层为软质材料，所述的弹性层为具有弹性的海绵或其它发泡材料，硬质层为一种硬质材料，底层为一种软质的复合材料。
4.根据权利要求3所述的复合型汽车地板，其特征在于：所述的软质材料为皮革类材料。
5.根据权利要求3所述的复合型汽车地板，其特征在于：所述的硬质材料为塑性的材料或热压成型的竹木板材。
