可发性聚苯乙烯(EPS)、可发性聚丙烯(EPP)、可发性高压聚乙烯(EPE)等发泡塑料具有良好的隔热、隔音、防震等性能,其应用日益广泛。废弃的发泡塑料的回收利用,不仅可以保护环境,节约能源,而且具有很好的经济效益。目前废弃的发泡塑料处理方法之一是经破碎、热熔再生造粒,成另一种材料粒子,再加入不同助剂,经加工处理制得另一种材料。由于发泡塑料的体积庞大,回收处理过程中将废弃发泡塑料运送到加工点的运输成本较高。
中国专利号为200420087246.9的实用新型专利说明书公开了一种回收可发性聚苯乙烯的粉碎机,它依次设有进料斗、进料斗下设有粉碎机构、粉碎机构下设有研磨机构;粉碎机构由平行分布的主动粉碎轴、从动粉碎轴、及排布在轴上的粉碎刀组成,研磨机构设有机座,机座上设有轴,轴上通过连接板连接若干把研磨刀。虽然可以将废弃发泡塑料经粉碎后运输,因为是发泡物,所以体积还是较大。

所述料筒的伸出部上方设有固定在机壳体上的半罩壳,半罩壳上设有排气孔,排气孔上设置用于连接烟气处理装置的排气管,排气管的底部是丝网板。
本实用新型具有如下积极效果:
1、经普通塑料粉碎机的发泡塑料粉碎料,虽然减少了体积,但还有泡发状物,运输成本高。现将其加热熔化至半固态状,这时的熔化物料不含有气体,可以存放在接料容器里,体积大大减少。经试,一车的物料,粉碎加热熔化后,体积可以减少到1/4车,甚至更少,所以可以大大节约了运输成本,减少了开支。
2、本实用新型的粉碎机将废弃发泡塑料破碎,熔化机又进一步将破碎的废弃发泡塑料粉碎,并且又同时能进行熔化,所以作业时间短,工作效率高,节省人工,加工方便。
3、本实用新型在加工过程中,粉碎机与熔化机之间由存储容器连接,加工在封闭的环境中完成,外扬的粉尘少;而且本实用新型熔化机的料筒伸出部上方设有半罩壳,半罩壳上设有排气管,方便烟气处理装置的安装,使本实用新型的使用达到环保要求。
4、本实用新型的粉碎机采用一定轴两侧各设有破碎主动轴,所以结构紧凑、体积小。
5、本实用新型的定轴可以是分体的两较短定轴组成,而破碎主动轴也可以是分体的两较短破碎主动轴组成,由此避免长轴加工困难、工作时易振动的不足。
6、本实用新型采用换向齿轮箱,齿轮半浸在润滑油中,减少摩擦,噪音小。
7、本实用新型的熔化机在皮带轮罩壳处设有安全开关,在上部机壳体和下部机壳体连接部位处设有安全开关,皮带轮罩壳被打开或上部机壳体被打开进行维修时,机器均会自动断电停止运转,确保使用安全。

具体实施方式
实施例1
见图1至图3,本实施例1包括破碎机1,破碎机1的一旁设有存储容器2,破碎机的出料口与存储容器2的上部进料口之间由管道3连接,该管道3中间设有风机4,存储容器2的下方设有熔化机5,存储容器2的出料口2-2相对熔化机5的进料口。
所述破碎机1的机壳体1-1顶部设有的进料口,机壳体1-1内设有破碎装置1-2,破碎装置1-2下部是集料腔1-3。
所述破碎装置1-2包括两破碎动力机构1-4和两彼此独立又处于同一轴线a上的定轴1-21,两定轴1-21上各排列有定刀1-22,定刀1-22固定在定轴1-21上。每定轴1-21的两侧各设有破碎主动轴1-23,处于同一侧的破碎主动轴1-23处于同一轴线b上,同一定轴1-21两侧的破碎主动轴1-23各由一破碎动力机构1-4带动旋转,每破碎主动轴1-23上均设有主动刀1-24,同一破碎主动轴1-23上的相邻主动刀90°错位设置,破碎主动轴上的主动刀1-24与相邻定轴1-21上的定刀1-22错位设置且能插入定轴1-21上的相应的两定刀1-22之间。上述定刀1-22和主动刀1-24的数量根据破碎机规格决定。
所述破碎机1的两破碎动力机构1-4各包括破碎电机1-41和换向齿轮箱1-42,换向齿轮箱1-42内设有一对齿轮,破碎电机1-41的输出轴和换向齿轮箱1-42的输入轴上各连接有皮带轮1-43,破碎电机1-41与换向齿轮箱1-42的输入轴之间皮带传动,换向齿轮箱1-42的输出轴与相应的两破碎主动轴1-23之间各连接有皮带轮1-44,换向齿轮箱1-42的输出轴与相应的两破碎主动轴1-23之间均皮带传动,换向齿轮箱1-42同时带动两破碎主动轴1-23作相对转动。破碎机的集料腔底部装安装有强力永磁铁1-4,能直接吸住投料中的金属杂物,避免了人工筛选,防止金属杂物进入风机损坏风叶,还可以保护破碎机的刀具不被打坏。
见图1,所述存储容器2包括可拆装的机架2-3和连接在机架2-3上的布袋2-4。布袋2-4上部设有进料口2-1,底部设有出料口2-2。
见图1、图4和图5,所述熔化机5的机壳体顶部设有进料口,机壳体内设有螺旋搅拌器5-1、处于螺旋搅拌器5-1下方的粉碎装置5-2、处于粉碎装置5-2下方的集料斗5-3、处于集料斗5-3下方的熔化装置以及熔化电机5-4。
所述熔化机5的机壳体由上机壳体和下机壳体组成,在上机壳体和下机壳体连接部位处设有安全开关5-14,连接部位处于粉碎装置5-2处,当需要对粉碎装置5-2进行维修时,打开上机壳体,熔化电机5-4就会自动断电停止运转,以保证安全。另外熔化机5的进料口处可安装有电眼红外装置,在设定的时间内如无物料投入,则机器会自动停止运转,能省电和延长机器使用寿命。
所述熔化机5的螺旋搅拌器5-1包括搅拌螺杆5-11、带动搅拌螺杆5-11旋转的搅拌电机5-12以及控制搅拌电机5-12旋转的变频器5-13。螺旋搅拌器5-1的设置是防止熔化机5的进料口被堵。
所述熔化机5的熔化装置包括料筒5-5,料筒5-5的进料口处于料筒5-5的后部,所述集料斗5-3的出料口相对料筒5-5的进料口。料筒5-5的前部伸出机壳体为伸出部,在伸出部外壁上设有箍在其上的两个加热圈5-7,料筒5-5的伸出部端面上设有出料嘴5-6,出料嘴5-6由螺母5-61固定在料筒5-5上,螺母5-61的外壁上也固定一加热圈5-7。料筒5-5内设有送料螺杆5-9,送料螺杆5-9的后部从料筒5-5后端伸出,送料螺杆5-9的后部由固定在机架上的轴承座内轴承5-8支撑,送料螺杆5-9与所述熔化电机5-4之间由第一熔化传动机构5-10连接。所述第一熔化传动机构5-10为皮带传动机构,送料螺杆5-9上设有皮带轮5-10-1,熔化电机5-4输出轴上设有皮带轮5-10-2,送料螺杆5-9与熔化电机5-4上的皮带轮外部设有皮带轮罩壳5-12。在熔化机5的皮带轮罩壳5-12处设有安全开关5-15。当皮带轮罩壳5-12被打开时,熔化电机5-4会自动断电停止运转。
所述熔化机5的粉碎装置5-2包括粉碎动轴5-21,熔化机5内且处于粉碎动轴5-21旁侧的内壁上排列有固定刀5-22,粉碎动轴5-21上设有动刀5-23,动刀5-23与固定刀5-22错位设置且能插入相应的两固定刀5-22之间,粉碎动轴5-21与上述熔化装置的送料螺杆5-9之间由第二熔化传动机构5-11连接。第二熔化传动机构5-11为链传动。熔化机5的送料螺杆5-9上设有链轮5-11-2,粉碎动轴5-21上设有链轮5-11-1,送料螺杆5-9上的链轮5-11-2与粉碎动轴5-21上的链轮5-11-1之间设有过渡链轮5-11-3,送料螺杆5-9与粉碎动轴5-21之间通过两级链轮传动。
所述料筒5-5的伸出部上方设有固定在机壳体上的半罩壳5-16,半罩壳5-16上设有排气孔,排气孔上设置用于连接烟气处理装置的排气管5-17,排气管5-17的底部是丝网板5-18。
废弃发泡塑料进入破碎机1破碎,再通过风机4的作用,将破碎物料送入存储容器2,存储容器2内的破碎物料进入熔化机5内进一步粉碎,粉碎的物料经集料斗5-3送入料筒5-5,粉碎料在料筒5-5内被加热熔化,由送料螺杆5-9推动至出料嘴5-6流出。
实施例2
见图1、图6和图7,本实施例包括破碎机1,破碎机1的一旁设有存储容器2,破碎机的出料口与存储容器2的上部进料口之间由管道3连接,该管道3中间设有风机4,存储容器2的下方设有熔化机5,存储容器2的出料口2-2相对熔化机5的进料口。
破碎机包括破碎装置1-2,破碎装置1-2包括一破碎动力机构1-4和一定轴1-21,定轴1-21上排列有定刀1-22,定轴1-21的两侧各设有破碎主动轴1-23,两破碎主动轴1-23由所述破碎动力机构1-4带动旋转,两破碎主动轴1-23上各设有主动刀1-24,破碎主动轴1-23上的主动刀1-24与定轴1-21上的定刀1-22错位设置且插入定轴1-21上的相应的两定刀1-22之间。实施例2其余与实施例1相同,不再一一细述了。
Claims (14)
1、一种发泡塑料回收处理系统,包括破碎机(1),破碎机(1)的机壳体(1-1)顶部设有进料口,机壳体(1-1)内设有破碎装置(1-2),破碎装置(1-2)的下部是集料腔(1-3),其特征在于:所述破碎机(1)的一旁设有存储容器(2),破碎机的出料口即集料腔(1-3)的出料口与存储容器(2)的进料口之间由管道(3)连接,该管道(3)中间设有风机(4),存储容器(2)的下方设有熔化机(5),存储容器(2)的出料口(2-2)相对熔化机(5)的进料口;所述破碎机(1)的破碎装置(1-2)包括两破碎动力机构(1-4)和两彼此独立又处于同一轴线上的定轴(1-21),两定轴(1-21)上各排列有定刀(1-22),每定轴(1-21)的两侧各设有破碎主动轴(1-23),同一定轴(1-21)两侧的破碎主动轴(1-23)由一破碎动力机构(1-4)带动旋转,破碎主动轴(1-23)上均设有主动刀(1-24),破碎主动轴上的主动刀(1-24)与相邻定轴(1-21)上的定刀(1-22)错位设置且主动刀(1-24)能插入定轴(1-21)上的相应的两定刀(1-22)之间。
2、根据权利要求1所述的发泡塑料回收处理系统,其特征在于:所述破碎机(1)的两破碎动力机构(1-4)各包括破碎电机(1-41)和换向齿轮箱(1-42),破碎电机(1-41)与换向齿轮箱(1-42)的输入轴之间皮带传动,换向齿轮箱(1-42)的输出轴与相应的两破碎主动轴(1-23)之间均皮带传动。
3、根据权利要求1所述的发泡塑料回收处理系统,其特征在于:所述熔化机(5)的机壳体顶部设有进料口,机壳体内设有螺旋搅拌器(5-1)、处于螺旋搅拌器(5-1)下方的粉碎装置(5-2)、处于粉碎装置(5-2)下方的集料斗(5-3)、处于集料斗(5-3)下方的熔化装置,熔化装置包括料筒(5-5)以及熔化电机(5-4),集料斗(5-3)的出料口相对料筒(5-5)的进料口,料筒(5-5)的前部伸出机壳体为伸出部,在伸出部外壁上设有箍在其上的加热圈(5-7),料筒(5-5)的伸出部端面上设有出料嘴(5-6),料筒(5-5)内设有送料螺杆(5-9),送料螺杆(5-9)的后部从料筒(5-5)后端伸出,送料螺杆(5-9)的后部由固定在机架上的轴承座内轴承(5-8)支撑,送料螺杆(5-9)与熔化电机(5-4)之间由第一熔化传动机构(5-10)连接。
4、根据权利要求3所述的发泡塑料回收处理系统,其特征在于:所述熔化机(5)的粉碎装置(5-2)包括粉碎动轴(5-21),熔化机(5)内且处于粉碎动轴(5-21)旁侧的内壁上排列有固定刀(5-22),粉碎动轴(5-21)上设有动刀(5-23),动刀(5-23)与固定刀(5-22)错位设置且插入相应的两固定刀(5-22)之间,粉碎装置(5-2)的粉碎动轴(5-21)与上述料筒(5-5)内的送料螺杆(5-9)之间由第二熔化传动机构(5-11)连接。
5、根据权利要求4所述的发泡塑料回收处理系统,其特征在于:所述熔化机(5)的第一熔化传动机构(5-10)为皮带传动机构;所述第二熔化传动机构(5--11)为链传动机构。
6、根据权利要求5所述的发泡塑料回收处理系统,其特征在于:所述熔化机(5)的机壳体由上部机壳体和下部机壳体组成,在上部机壳体和下部机壳体连接部位上设有安全开关(5-14);在送料螺杆(5-9)与熔化电机(5-4)输出轴上的皮带轮外部设有皮带轮罩壳(5-12),在皮带轮罩壳(5-12)处设有安全开关(5-15)。
7、根据权利要求3所述的发泡塑料回收处理系统,其特征在于:所述料筒(5-5)的伸出部上方设有固定在机壳体上的半罩壳(5-16),半罩壳(5-16)上设有排气孔,排气孔上设置用于连接烟气处理装置的排气管(5-17),排气管(5-17)的底部是丝网板(5-18)。
8、一种发泡塑料回收处理系统,包括破碎机(1),破碎机(1)的机壳体(1-1)顶部设有进料口,机壳体(1-1)内设有破碎装置(1-2),破碎装置(1-2)的下部是集料腔(1-3),其特征在于:所述破碎机(1)的一旁设有存储容器(2),破碎机的出料口即集料腔(1-3)的出料口与存储容器(2)的进料口之间由管道(3)连接,该管道(3)中间设有风机(4),存储容器(2)的下方设有熔化机(5),存储容器(2)的出料口(2-2)相对熔化机(5)的进料口;所述破碎机(1)的破碎装置(1-2)包括一定轴(1-21),定轴(1-21)上排列有定刀(1-22),定轴(1-21)的两侧各设有破碎主动轴(1-23),两破碎主动轴(1-23)由一破碎动力机构(1-4)带动旋转,两破碎主动轴(1-23)上各设有主动刀(1-24),破碎主动轴(1-23)上的主动刀(1-24)与定轴(1-21)上的定刀(1-22)错位设置且主动刀(1-24)能插入定轴(1-21)上的相应的两定刀(1-22)之间。
9、根据权利要求8所述的发泡塑料回收处理系统,其特征在于:所述破碎机(1)的破碎动力机构(1-4)包括破碎电机(1-41)和换向齿轮箱(1-42),破碎电机(1-41)与换向齿轮箱(1-42)的输入轴之间皮带传动,换向齿轮箱(1-42)的输出轴与相应的两破碎主动轴(1-23)之间均皮带传动。
10、根据权利要求8所述的发泡塑料回收处理系统,其特征在于:所述熔化机(5)的机壳体顶部设有进料口,机壳体内设有螺旋搅拌器(5-1)、处于螺旋搅拌器(5-1)下方的粉碎装置(5-2)、处于粉碎装置(5-2)下方的集料斗(5-3)、处于集料斗(5-3)下方的料筒(5-5)以及熔化电机(5-4),集料斗(5-3)的出料口相对料筒(5-5)的进料口,料筒(5-5)的前部伸出机壳体为伸出部,在伸出部外壁上设有箍在其上的加热圈(5-7),料筒(5-5)的伸出部端面上设有出料嘴(5-6),料筒(5-5)内设有送料螺杆(5-9),送料螺杆(5-9)的后部从料筒(5-5)后端伸出,送料螺杆(5-9)的后部由固定在机架上的轴承座内轴承(5-8)支撑,送料螺杆(5-9)与所述熔化电机(5-4)之间由第一熔化传动机构(5-10)连接。
11、根据权利要求10所述的发泡塑料回收处理系统,其特征在于:所述熔化机(5)的粉碎装置(5-2)包括粉碎动轴(5-21),熔化机(5)内且处于粉碎动轴(5-21)旁侧的内壁上排列有固定刀(5-22),粉碎动轴(5-21)上设有动刀(5-23),动刀(5-23)与固定刀(5-22)错位设置且插入相应的两固定刀(5-22)之间,粉碎装置(5-2)的粉碎动轴(5-21)与所述送料螺杆(5-9)之间由第二熔化传动机构(5-11)连接。
12、根据权利要求11所述的发泡塑料回收处理系统,其特征在于:所述熔化机(5)的第一熔化传动机构(5-10)为皮带传动机构;所述第二熔化传动机构(5--11)为链传动机构。
13、根据权利要求12所述的发泡塑料回收处理系统,其特征在于:所述熔化机(5)的机壳体由上部机壳体和下部机壳体组成,在上部机壳体和下部机壳体连接部位上设有安全开关(5-14);在送料螺杆(5-9)与熔化电机(5-4)输出轴上的皮带轮外部设有皮带轮罩壳(5-12),在熔化机(5)的皮带轮罩壳(5-12)处设有安全开关(5-15);所述料筒(5-5)的伸出部上方设有固定在机壳体上的半罩壳(5-16),半罩壳(5-16)上设有排气孔,排气孔上设置用于连接烟气处理装置的排气管(5-17),排气管(5-17)的底部是丝网板(5-18)。
14、根据权利要求10所述的发泡塑料回收处理系统,其特征在于:所述料筒(5-5)的伸出部上方设有固定在机壳体上的半罩壳(5-16),半罩壳(5-16)上设有排气孔,排气孔上设置用于连接烟气处理装置的排气管(5-17),排气管(5-17)的底部是丝网板(5-18)。
