本实用新型公开了一种双池联通浮罩式沼气池,底部相连通的第一沼气池、第二沼气池分别设有进出料口,第一沼气池的上部出气管与第二沼气池的进出气管相连,其中第二沼气池采用浮罩式结构。采用浮罩式结构的第二沼气池上面有一个活动盖板,浮罩上面装有配重。双池联通浮罩式沼气池具有浮罩式沼气池的全部优点,储气量大,产气率高,不结壳。又具有传统池型的长处,保温,节约用地。同时投资少,功能多。进出料方便。特别适合在北方推广。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种沼气池,尤其是即能够适合北方越冬又能够保证恒压供气的沼气池。
背景技术
现在的沼气池大致可分为两种。一种是将沼气直接储存在池内,利用水压间来调节空间和压力,如现在农村推广的曲流布料式、圆筒式、椭球式沼气池。原理使沼气池产气时气压增高,将一部分料液压进水压间,水压间和池内的液面产生高差,用气时由于高差产生的压力作用,将气体送出管道,水位逐渐回落,如此往复循环。另一种是带有储气浮罩的沼气池,此种沼气池无须建立水压间,而是将沼气储存浮罩中。浮罩式沼气池又分两种,一种为分离浮罩式,即在地面上独立建立浮罩;另一种为罩池一体式,即将浮罩直接安装在池顶部用来储气。这几种沼气池的缺陷为:1、无浮罩的池型利用水压间调节压力,形不成恒压供气,而料液不断进出水压间会影响产气。另外因无专门储气装置,难以稳定气压,有时压力过大会损坏池子。2、有浮罩的沼气池应该优于普通池型,但是分离浮罩式需在地面上单独建立水封池和浮罩,投资大,也占用土地。同时北方地区冬季涉及水封池冻结的问题。而池罩一体的池型最大特点是适合于地面或半地下建立,不适合在地下。
发明内容
为克服现有技术的不足,本实用新型的目的在于提供一种双池联通浮罩式沼气池,该沼气池不仅能够解决保温防冻,又能够提供恒压供气。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种双池联通浮罩式沼气池,底部相连通的第一沼气池、第二沼气池分别设有进出料口,第一沼气池的上部出气管与第二沼气池的进出气管相连,其中第二沼气池采用浮罩式结构。
采用浮罩式结构的第二沼气池上面有一个活动盖板,浮罩上面装有配重。
本实用新型的优点是:双池联通浮罩式沼气池具有浮罩式沼气池的全部优点,储气量大,产气率高,不结壳。又具有传统池型的长处,保温,节约用地,同时投资少,功能多,进出料方便。特别适合在北方推广。

具体实施方式
在图中,双池联通浮罩式沼气池,底部相连通的第一沼气池(4)、第二沼气池(5)分别设有进出料口(1)、进出料口(7),第一沼气池(4)的上部出气管(3)与第二沼气池的进出气管相连,其中第二沼气池(5)采用浮罩式结构。采用浮罩式结构的第二沼气池(5)上面有一个活动盖板(6),浮罩(9)上面装有配重(8)。
当沼气池产气时,沼气会通过进出气管进入浮罩,浮罩会逐渐升起,由于料液的密封作用,只要浮罩不离开液面,沼气就会安全的储存在罩内;当使用沼气时,浮罩就会逐渐下降,最终落在支架上,由于配重的作用,所以供气基本是恒压的。
浮罩为带有进出料口的多功能浮罩,在浮罩顶部开洞安装一根进出料管,管子和浮罩之间固定密封好,管子长度适当,当浮罩上升时其下管口不能离开液面,下降时不妨碍浮罩落在支架上,这样可以通过这根管子加料或出料,避免另设进出料口。
两个沼气池都埋在地面(2)下。

1、一种双池联通浮罩式沼气池,其特征是:底部相连通的第一沼气池(4)、第二沼气池(5)分别设有进出料口(1)、进出料口(7),第一沼气池(4)的上部出气管(3)与第二沼气池的进出气管相连,其中第二沼气池(5)采用浮罩式结构。
2、根据权利要求1所述的双池联通浮罩式沼气池,其特征是:采用浮罩式结构的第二沼气池(5)上面有一个活动盖板(6),浮罩(9)上面装有配重(8)。
