实用新型内容:针对现有技术中存在的上述缺陷,本实用新型旨在提供一种振动小、噪音低、加工精度稳定的铲动部件减振机构。
为了实现上述目的,本实用新型采用以下技术方案:它包括铲动滑枕和汽缸;弹簧轴固定在铲动滑枕中,固定在拉杆座上的弹簧压套空套在弹簧轴上并将套在该轴上的弹簧压紧;缸体固定在拉杆座上,安装在缸体中的活塞通过螺纹与弹簧轴固定连接。
调整套通过螺纹固定在弹簧压套上。
与现有技术比较,本实用新型由于采用了上述技术方案,因此能够减轻机床工作过程中滑枕撞击所产生的振动,从而有效地提高了机床加工精度的稳定性。

如图1所示:弹簧轴3固定在铲动滑枕1中,固定在拉杆座6上的弹簧压套5空套在弹簧轴3上并将套在该轴上的弹簧2预紧;缸体7固定在拉杆座6上,安装在缸体7中的活塞8通过螺纹与弹簧轴3固定连接。空气阻尼的大小可通过改变弹簧轴3与活塞8的相对位置来调节。调整套4通过螺纹固定在弹簧压套5上,通过调节该调整套与弹簧压套5之间的相对位置即可改变弹簧2的弹力大小。

1.一种铲动部件减振机构,包括铲动滑枕和汽缸;其特征在于:弹簧轴(3)固定在铲动滑枕(1)中,固定在拉杆座(6)上的弹簧压套(5)空套在弹簧轴(3)上并将套在该轴上的弹簧(2)压紧;缸体(7)固定在拉杆座(6)上,安装在缸体(7)中的活塞(8)通过螺纹与弹簧轴(3)固定连接。
