本实用新型公开了一种装配工装,特别是适用于互感器的导电管拆卸工装。本实用新型包括长杆螺栓、圆柱体位于该长杆螺栓螺帽侧的木质锥头圆柱体和位于长杆螺杆另一端的弓型支架,其中长杆螺栓与木质锥头圆柱体同轴,同时长杆螺栓与支架中心孔为间隙配合,该中心孔直径小于长杆螺栓螺母;木质锥头圆柱体圆柱部分外径大于导电管内径。本实用新型提供了一种效率高,且不容易损坏导电管的导电管拆卸工装。

Description

导电管拆卸工装
(一)技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种装配工装,特别是适用于互感器的导电管拆卸工装。
(二)背景技术
互感器导电管装置在互感器壳体中间的通孔内,导电管与壳体需要比较好的绝缘,而绝缘则是通过位于导电管与壳体互感器通孔间的绝缘套来实现的。绝缘套相应于上述壳体一边设置有两组绝缘套,两组绝缘套之间还垫有V型密封圈。导电管通过法兰紧固于壳体上,内侧通过通孔内凸环对绝缘套轴向限位,在装配过程中,绝缘套和V型密封圈相互挤压,且受到壳体通孔限制。如果导电管需要拆解,因绝缘套与导电管结合紧密,很难拆卸下来。通常情况下,需要靠人力用木板反复来回撞击导电管两端,将绝缘套带出,然后才能把导电管抽出互感器壳体。此操作因需要来回撞击导电管两端,容易损坏导电管,并且耗时长,效率非常低。
(三)发明内容
本实用新型针对目前拆卸导电管效率低,并且容易损坏导电管的缺陷,提供了一种效率高,且不容易损坏导电管的导电管拆卸工装。
本实用新型采用的技术方案为:
本实用新型导电管拆卸工装,包括长杆螺栓、圆柱体位于该长杆螺栓螺帽侧的木质锥头圆柱体和位于长杆螺杆另一端的弓型支架,其中长杆螺栓与木质锥头圆柱体同轴,同时长杆螺栓与支架中心孔为间隙配合,该中心孔直径小于长杆螺栓螺母;木质锥头圆柱体圆柱部分外径大于导电管内径。
本实用新型导电管拆卸工装包括可穿过导电管的长杆螺栓、圆柱体位于该长杆螺栓螺帽侧的木质锥头圆柱体和位于长杆螺杆另一端弓型支架,木质锥头圆柱体的锥头与导电管装置绝缘套侧管口配合,长杆螺栓另一端套上支架,支架与互感器壳体配合,作为对螺母的限位面。使用中,拧动螺母,因受到弓形支架的限位,螺母轴向无位移,从而使螺杆带动木质锥头圆柱体运动,锥头圆柱体则作用于导电管另一端,对导电管施以均匀静压力,将其沿其轴线方向推出,而绝缘套则因通孔内凸环限位而会留在通孔内,直接用手就可以拿出来。由于此过程锥头圆柱体对导电管所施的是静压力,对导电管冲击小,不会损坏导电管。并且此过程仅需要装置该工装于导电管,然后拧动螺栓即可,使用方便,工作可靠。

实施例1:
参照说明附图1,导电管拆卸工装,包括长杆螺栓2、圆柱体位于该长杆螺栓螺帽侧的木质锥头圆柱体1和位于长杆螺杆另一端弓型支架4,其中长杆螺栓与木质锥头圆柱体同轴,同时长杆螺栓与支架中心孔为间隙配合,该中心孔直径小于长杆螺栓螺母4;木质锥头圆柱体圆柱部分外径大于导电管内径。
当然本实用新型所用木质锥头圆柱体不是定要采用木质的,也可以采用其他的材料,只要钢度大,对导电管损伤小即可。采用木质锥头圆柱体,主要考虑是这种材料好加工,成本比较低。

1.一种导电管拆卸工装,其特征在于:包括长杆螺栓(2)、圆柱体位于该长杆螺栓螺帽侧的木质锥头圆柱体(1)和位于长杆螺杆另一端弓型支架(4),其中长杆螺栓与木质锥头圆柱体同轴,同时长杆螺栓与支架中心孔为间隙配合,该中心孔直径小于长杆螺栓螺母(4);木质锥头圆柱体圆柱部分外径大于导电管内径。
