本实用新型公开一种高承载轧机四列圆柱滚子轴承,并排设置有双外圈(1)及双内圈(2),在外圈(1)及内圈(2)间设置有保持架(6),每个保持架(6)上沿圆周方向均布安装有两列圆柱滚子(4),其特征在于:所述的保持架(6)的尾端设置有弹簧钢丝(5)。本轴承由于采用了如上所述的结构,与已知轴承相比,解决了不便装配和维修时滚子的沉头问题,并且提高了精度增加了轴承的承载能力和使用寿命,实践证明,本实用新型与同样尺寸的轴承相比,径向承载的动负荷提高了30%,使用寿命提高50倍,而轧机的线速度可提高60%以上,保持架加工过程简化、方便、易行。

背景技术:
巳知的轧机用轴承FCD型由两个外国,两个内圈、两个梳形保持架和四列圆柱滚子构成。已有的轧机用四列圆柱轴承每个外国有两个外挡边、一个中挡边,故外国结构复杂,加工工艺性差、精度不高。又由于采用梳形保持架,圆柱滚子与保持架是沿轴向半边接触的,另外半边易沉头,这样承载能力差且不利于内圈的装配,特别在修磨轧辊时,带着轴承内圈卸轧辊,修磨后再安装时困难较大。
发明内容:
本实用新型针对现有技术的上述结构复杂,承载能力差且安装不便等不足,提供一种外国结构简单,并且安装方便的高承载轧机四列圆柱滚子轴承。
本实用新型的技术解决方案是:一种高承载轧机四列圆柱滚子轴承,并排设置有双外国及双内圈,在外国及内圈间设置有保持架,每个保持架上沿圆周方向均布安装有两列圆柱滚子,其特征在于:所述的保持架的尾端设置有弹簧钢丝。
所述的弹簧钢丝是卡接在保持架尾端的槽内,弹簧钢丝为环状并设有开口。
本实用新型改变轴承结构,外国没有中挡边,便于磨削加工并提高了精度。保持架采用尾端开槽用弹簧钢丝锁口的结构,并且消除了每两列滚子的间隙,圆柱滚子长度相对增加,两列滚子的端面靠着装在一个保持架内,增加了承载能力,提高了使用寿命。本轴承由于采用了如上所述的结构,与已知轴承相比,解决了不便装配和维修时滚子的沉头问题,并且提高了精度增加了轴承的承载能力和使用寿命,实践证明,本实用新型与同样尺寸的轴承相比,径向承载的动负荷提高了30%,使用寿命提高50倍,而轧机的线速度可提高60%以上,保持架加工过程简化、方便、易行。

如图1~4所示,一种高承载轧机四列圆柱滚子轴承,并排设置有双外国1及双内圈2,在外国1及内圈2间设置有保持架6,每个保持架6上沿圆周方向均布安装有两列圆柱滚子4,所述的保持架6的尾端设置有槽,其内卡接有弹簧钢丝5。弹簧钢丝5为环状并设有开口3。在四列圆柱滚子中,每两列滚子4的端面靠着装在一个保持架6内,由于消除了每两列滚子的间隙,相同宽度的轴承滚子的长度增加了,因而增加了与内、外国的接触面积,提高了承载能力和使用寿命。每个尾端开口的保持架6装入圆柱滚子4后,封头时是将弹簧钢丝5放入保持架的开槽处锁紧。

1.一种高承载轧机四列圆柱滚子轴承,并排设置有双外圈(1)及双内圈(2),在外圈(1)及内圈(2)间设置有保持架(6),每个保持架(6)上沿圆周方向均布安装有两列圆柱滚子(4),其特征在于:所述的保持架(6)的尾端设置有弹簧钢丝(5)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的高承载轧机四列圆柱滚子轴承,其特征在于:所述的弹簧钢丝(5)是卡接在保持架(6)尾端的槽内,弹簧钢丝(5)为环状并设有开口(3)。
