Abstract
一种使用天然竹子重量轻坚固耐用且便于携带的绿色环保折叠自行车架。它是使用防腐脱水处理过的竹管作为自行车架的上管、下管、座管、后上叉、后下叉与前管、部分座管、五通、后叉钩以金属管、树脂胶、螺丝或碳纤维布、树脂胶连接固定，并能够通过快拆折叠变形减小体积。以达到绿色环保、重量轻、坚固耐用且便于携带的效果。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种天然竹材制作的折叠自行车架，尤其是能利用天然竹子的绿色环保便于携带的竹制折叠自行车架。
背景技术
目前，公知的折叠自行车架构造是由前管、上管、下管、座管、后上叉、后下叉、后叉钩、五通及快拆等构成。金属车架由上述部分焊接而成，碳纤维车架由碳纤维布加树脂胶包裹前管、后叉钩、五通形成车架。但是，它们都不是天然的材料，很多金属车架坚固但重量大不轻便，碳纤维车架虽然重量轻但是寿命短易老化，不如金属车架耐用。
发明内容
为了克服现有车架不是天然材料，且金属车架的重量大不便于携带和碳纤维车架的易老化的不足，本实用新型提供一种竹制折叠自行车架，该车架不仅重量可与碳纤维车架相当，而且能坚固耐用不易老化，更重要的是使用天然的竹子的同时能够折叠变形，便于携带。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：将竹管作为自行车架的上管、下管、座管、后上叉、后下叉，竹管与前管、部分座管、五通、后叉钩、折叠快拆，用金属管、树脂胶、螺丝连接或用碳纤维布、树脂胶连接，并通过快拆进行折叠变形，使自行车架达到重量轻、可折叠、体积小、坚固耐用、绿色天然。
本实用新型的有益效果是，可以直接利用天然竹子的同时折叠变形，减轻进行车架重量及体积并坚固耐用，结构简单。

具体实施方式
在图1中，竹管与前管、部分座管、五通、后叉钩插接，用树脂胶粘牢并用螺丝上紧金属管，或用碳纤维布包裹前管、部分座管、五通、后叉钩，用树脂胶粘牢，通过快拆进行折叠。形成金属加竹子和碳纤维加竹子的两种折叠自行车架。
Claims (3)
1.竹制折叠自行车架，用竹管连接前管、部分座管、五通、后叉钩，其特征是：竹管与前管、部分座管、五通、后叉钩用金属管、树脂胶、螺丝连接或用碳纤维布、树脂胶连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的竹制折叠自行车架，其特征是：竹管被金属管或碳纤维布包裹，加树脂胶固定，形成自行车架。
3.根据权利要求1所述的竹制折叠自行车架，其特征是竹管作为上管、下管、座管、后上叉、后下叉。
