Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种木糖生产工艺中的节水装置，属于功能糖生产技术领域，其结构包括清洗机、过滤池和清水池，清洗机的一侧与工业水进水管连通，清洗机另外通过管道分别与过滤池和清水池连通，过滤池通过管道与板框压滤机连接，板框压滤机的另一侧通过管道与清水池连接。本实用新型的木糖生产工艺中的节水装置和现有技术相比，具有工艺简单，增加设备少、运行成本低、降低了水资源的浪费等特点。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及功能糖生产技术领域，具体地说是木糖生产工艺中的节水装置。
背景技术
木糖主要是以玉米芯、甘蔗渣等农业废弃物为原料，经水解、净化、蒸发、结晶等工序制备的功能糖产品，广泛应用在轻工、食品、化工等行业中。由于它是从植物废料中提取的，因此原料中的尘土等杂质会影响料液的质量，所以原料必需经筛分清洗后才能进入反应釜提取木糖水解液。而清洗原料需要用大量的工业水，目前的生产工艺是将清洗后的废水直接排放掉，造成大量的工业水浪费和环境污染，同时也因清洗水中含有大量的尘土和悬浮物，给污水处理增加了负担，因而该方法达不到节水降耗的目的。
发明内容
本实用新型的技术任务是针对以上不足之处，提供一种运行成本低、降低了水资源的浪费、对环境无污染的木糖生产工艺中的节水装置。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：该装置包括清洗机、过滤池和清水池，清洗机的一侧与工业水进水管连通，清洗机另外通过管道分别与过滤池和清水池连通，过滤池通过管道与板框压滤机连接，板框压滤机的另一侧通过管道与清水池连接。
所述的清洗机与清水池之间的管道上设置有水泵一，过滤池与板框压滤机之间的管道上设置有水泵二。
所述的板框压滤机的一侧设置有排污管。
所述的过滤池内设置有滤网。
本实用新型的木糖生产工艺中的节水装置和现有技术相比，具有以下特点：
1、工艺简单，增加设备少；
2、运行成本低；
3、工业水循环利用，提高了利用率，降低了水资源的浪费。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施例对本实用新型作进一步说明。
本实用新型的木糖生产工艺中的节水装置，其结构包括清洗机2、过滤池3和清水池6，清洗机2的一侧与工业水进水管1连通，清洗机2另外通过管道分别与过滤池3和清水池6连通，过滤池3内设置有滤网4，过滤池3通过管道与板框压滤机8连接，板框压滤机8的另一侧通过管道与清水池6连接并且设置有排污管9；清洗机2与清水池6之间的管道上设置有水泵一5，过滤池3与板框压滤机8之间的管道上设置有水泵二7。
在原料清洗系统附近修建一座过滤池3，使清洗完原料后的污水进入过滤池3中，在过滤池3中加一滤网4，水经滤网4过滤后，再用水泵二7经管道进入板框压滤机8中，在板框压滤机8一侧修建一座清水池6，使过滤后的洁净水进入清水池6，然后用水泵一5经管道将过滤后的洁净水打至清洗机2中，进行原料的清洗(此时将工业水阀关闭)。清洗后的污水再进入过滤池3经过滤后循环利用。工业水清洗原料后的污水COD含量为1100mg/l，而过滤后的COD含量为600mg/l，所以不影响清洗效果，此循环利用的水经2-3次循环利用后，测COD含量超过规定值时需将其排入污水系统，然后重新开启工业水阀，关闭回收水阀门，清洗原料，进入下一步循环利用系统，以达到节水的目的。
Claims (4)
1.木糖生产工艺中的节水装置，包括清洗机、过滤池和清水池，其特征在于清洗机的一侧与工业水进水管连通，清洗机另外通过管道分别与过滤池和清水池连通，过滤池通过管道与板框压滤机连接，板框压滤机的另一侧通过管道与清水池连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的木糖生产工艺中的节水装置，其特征在于清洗机与清水池之间的管道上设置有水泵一，过滤池与板框压滤机之间的管道上设置有水泵二。
3.根据权利要求1所述的木糖生产工艺中的节水装置，其特征在于板框压滤机的一侧设置有排污管。
4.根据权利要求1所述的木糖生产工艺中的节水装置，其特征在于过滤池内设置有滤网。
