Abstract
偏心组合器(一),本实用新型涉及一种拼装组合类家具的连接件。其结构包括本体、膨胀螺杆、扳手,所述本体呈短柱状,其上段的周侧水平伸出一凸缘;本体的下段具有一水平状的避空结构,所述避空结构沿水平方向穿过本体的多半周侧壁,本体下段所剩少半周侧壁即为该避空结构之侧壁;顺着该避空结构之侧壁的本体上段的凸缘与水平设置的扳手紧固;膨胀螺杆的金属杆的末段可抽出地水平安装于避空结构,并且膨胀螺杆的金属杆的末端缘与限位凸缘相抵而限位于避空结构中。其优点:结构简单,小巧;便于与被连接件安装;便于现场拼拆;特别适宜与木榫连接件配合安装。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种拼装组合类家具的连接件。
背景技术
拼装组合类家具产品能够大量压缩所占空间,便于车船长途运输,便于进店入室的短程搬运,还便于包装,能尽量减少碰撞与磨损。拼装组合类家具的主要单元件为板体等,将所设计的板体等单元件用连接件连接拼装组合即可。因此,连接件是拼装组合类家具的关键部件之一,其要求是小巧、结构简单、便于安装于被连接的构件,不用其它工具就能现场安装,连接牢固,美观隐备等。
实用新型内容
本实用新型针对拼装组合类家具对其连接件的要求,旨在推出一种新颖结构的连接件——偏心组合器(一)。
构造本实用新型偏心组合器(一),其结构包括本体、膨胀螺杆、扳手,所述本体呈短柱状,其上端的周侧水平伸出一凸缘;本体的下段具有一水平状的避空结构,所述避空结构沿水平方向穿过本体的多半周侧壁,本体下段所剩少半周侧壁即为该避空结构之侧壁;顺着该避空结构之侧壁的本体上端的凸缘与水平设置的扳手紧密连接;所述避空结构底壁外边缘的一段整体成型向上凸出的限位凸缘,该限位凸缘仅与避空结构之侧壁的一边缘连接;膨胀螺杆的金属杆的末段可抽出地水平安装于避空结构,并且膨胀螺杆的金属杆的末端缘与限位凸缘相抵而限位于避空结构中。
所述膨胀螺杆呈杆状,包括金属杆、外套于金属杆中段和前段的塑胶套杆,金属杆的末段露于塑胶套杆之外以伸进本体的避空结构中,并使塑胶套杆的末端缘与本体的避空结构的底壁及上壁的外侧缘相抵;塑胶套杆能沿金属杆的杆长方向前后平移;所述金属杆的前段呈其锥底在前端缘的锥形。塑胶套杆的末端受到本体的转动所产生的顺着塑胶套杆杆长方向的推挤力使塑胶套杆向前平移,其前段受到金属杆锥形前段的张力而膨胀张开。
所述扳手与本体上端的凸缘的紧密连接包括两者整体成型为一体结构,或者扳手可取下地紧紧地安装于本体上端的凸缘。
所述塑胶套杆为中空的空心杆,其前段具有螺纹并具有顺着杆长方向的膨胀开口;其中段具有顺着杆长方向及与杆长方向垂直的开口,其中段外表还具有顺着杆长方向的凸条。使塑胶套杆前段在张力的作用下易于张开,并且增强塑胶套杆中段与被连接件安装孔的摩擦接触。
本实用新型将被连接件紧固连接或拆开的原理是:旋转扳手,如按后述实施例附图中所示的方向,本体以金属杆的末端为圆心随着同方向转动,避空结构的底壁及上壁的外侧缘作偏心转动抵动塑胶套杆的末端缘,使塑胶套杆沿金属杆的杆长方向前平移,塑胶套杆的前段受到金属杆前段锥形的张力而膨胀张开,与安装孔紧固。反方向旋转扳手,如按后述实施例附图中所示的方向,避空结构的底壁及上壁的外侧缘作反方向的偏心转动,松动与塑胶套杆末端缘的接触,在塑胶套杆的弹性作用下,金属杆向后平移,塑胶套杆的前段收拢不再张开,与安装孔的接触变得松脱,此时可将被连接件分拆。
本实用新型同现有技术的其它连接件相比,具有突出优点:其一、结构简单,小巧;其二、便于与被连接件安装;其三、便于现场拼拆;其四、本实用新型特别适宜与木榫连接件配合安装;其五、本实用新型制造便利,生产成本低。

具体实施方式
构造本实用新型偏心组合器(一),其结构包括本体1、膨胀螺杆2、扳手3,所述本体1呈短柱状,其上端11的周侧水平伸出一凸缘;本体1的下段具有一水平状的避空结构12,所述避空结构12沿水平方向穿过本体1的多半周侧壁,本体1下段所剩少半周侧壁即为该避空结构12之侧壁;顺着该避空结构12之侧壁的本体1上端11的凸缘与水平设置的扳手3紧密连接;所述避空结构12底壁外边缘的一段整体成型向上凸出的限位凸缘,该限位凸缘仅与避空结构12之侧壁的一边缘连接;膨胀螺杆2的金属杆21的末段可抽出地水平安装于避空结构12,并且膨胀螺杆2的金属杆21的末端缘与限位凸缘相抵而限位于避空结构12中。
所述膨胀螺杆2呈杆状,包括金属杆21、外套于金属杆21中段和前段的塑胶套杆22,金属杆21的末段露于塑胶套杆22之外以伸进本体1的避空结构12中,并使塑胶套杆22的末端缘与本体1的避空结构12的底壁及上壁的外侧缘相抵;塑胶套杆22能沿金属杆21的杆长方向前后平移;所述金属杆21的前段呈其锥底在前端缘的锥形。塑胶套杆22的末端受到本体1的转动所产生的顺着塑胶套杆22杆长方向的推挤力使塑胶套杆22向前平移,其前段受到金属杆21锥形前段的张力而膨胀张开。
所述扳手3与本体1上端11的凸缘的紧密连接包括两者整体成型为一体结构,或者扳手3可取下地紧紧地安装于本体1上端11的凸缘。
扳手3可取下地紧紧地安装于本体1上端(11)的凸缘的结构,为在本体1上端11的凸缘开有扳手插孔13,扳手3的一端可拔出地插入扳手插孔13。
所述塑胶套杆22为中空的空心杆,其前段具有螺纹221并具有顺着杆长方向的膨胀开口222;其中段具有顺着杆长方向及与杆长方向垂直的开口,其中段外表还具有顺着杆长方向的凸条。使塑胶套杆22前段在张力的作用下易于张开,并且增强塑胶套杆22中段与被连接件安装孔的摩擦接触。
本实用新型的本体1为用金属材料铸造的结构。
本实用新型与被连接件(如两块板体)这样安装:将本体1、膨胀螺杆2、扳手3安装在其中一块板体的靠连接缝处,其本体1安装于与该板面垂直的本体1安装孔中,并使上段11凸缘及扳手3外露板面,膨胀螺杆2的金属杆21的末端安装于本体1的避空结构12,膨胀螺杆2的中段安装于该板体的与本体1安装孔位置对应但与其垂直的膨胀螺杆2安装孔中,膨胀螺杆2的前段伸进另一块板体的与前述的膨胀螺杆2安装孔对应的膨胀螺杆2前段安装孔中,再旋转扳手3,使塑胶套杆22的前段膨胀,以实现两块板体的紧固。
Claims (5)
1、偏心组合器(一),其结构包括本体(1)、膨胀螺杆(2)、扳手(3),其特征在于:所述本体(1)呈短柱状,其上端(11)的周侧水平伸出一凸缘;本体(1)的下段具有一水平状的避空结构(12),所述避空结构(12)沿水平方向穿过本体(1)的多半周侧壁,本体(1)下段所剩少半周侧壁即为该避空结构(12)之侧壁;顺着该避空结构(12)之侧壁的本体(1)上端(11)的凸缘与水平设置的扳手(3)紧密连接;所述避空结构(12)底壁外边缘的一段整体成型向上凸出的限位凸缘,该限位凸缘仅与避空结构(12)之侧壁的一边缘连接;膨胀螺杆(2)的金属杆(21)的末段可抽出地水平安装于避空结构(12),并且膨胀螺杆(2)的金属杆(21)的末端缘与限位凸缘相抵而限位于避空结构(12)中。
2、根据权利要求1所叙述的偏心组合器(一),其特征在于:所述膨胀螺杆(2)呈杆状,包括金属杆(21)、外套于金属杆(21)中段和前段的塑胶套杆(22),金属杆(21)的末段露于塑胶套杆(22)之外以伸进本体(1)的避空结构(12中),并使塑胶套杆(22)的末端缘与本体(1)的避空结构(12)的底壁及上壁的外侧缘相抵;塑胶套杆(22)能沿金属杆(21)的杆长方向前后平移;所述金属杆(21)的前段呈其锥底在前端缘的锥形。
3、根据权利要求1所叙述的偏心组合器(一),其特征在于:所述扳手(3)与本体(1)上段(11)的凸缘的紧密连接包括两者整体成型为一体结构,或者扳手(3)可取下地紧紧地安装于本体(1)上端(11)的凸缘。
4、根据权利要求3所叙述的偏心组合器(一),其特征在于:扳手(3)可取下地紧紧地安装于本体(1)上端(11)的凸缘的结构,为在本体(1)上端(11)的凸缘开有扳手插孔(13),扳手(3)的一端可拔出地插入扳手插孔(13)。
5、根据权利要求2所叙述的偏心组合器(一),其特征在于:所述塑胶套杆(22)为中空的空心杆,其前段具有螺纹(221)并具有顺着杆长方向的膨胀开口(222);其中段具有顺着杆长方向及与杆长方向垂直的开口,其中段外表还具有顺着杆长方向的凸条。
