背景技术
布类超声波分条机是一种将对较宽的纺织布、胶布等化学类布匹分裁成小条无尘布条的机器，一般将切刀具设置在超声波发生装置的上边，切刀固定在刀架片上，所有的刀架片固定穿设在刀架横轴上，刀架横轴两端通过轴衬转动连接在分条机体上，在刀架片上设置一个将切刀推向超声波发生装置的施力装置。当布匹经过切刀位置时，在压力及超声波发生装置的高频振荡作用下化学类布匹被分切成小条并将边缘热熔从而达到生产所需无尘布的要求。由于所有刀架固定穿设在刀架横轴上，转动位置只有刀架横轴两端，所以固定在刀架横轴的切刀很难调整到每个都能与超声波发生装置充分的接触，因而分裁出来的布条边缘出现毛刺、热融效果差，达不到生产的要求。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于针对目前超声波分条机存在的不足，而提供每把切刀都能与超声波发生装置充分接触的一种布类超声波分条机。
为达到上述目的，本实用新型采用如下技术方案：
一种布类超声波分条机，它包括分条机体，分条机体上设置有超声波发生装置，超声波发生装置上方至少接触设置有一把切刀，每把切刀固定在一个刀架片上；所述刀架片转动连接在一根刀架横轴上，每只刀架片与刀架横轴间设置有一轴承，刀架横轴两端固定在分条机体上，每只刀架片设置一个使切刀向下受力的施力装置。
其中所述轴承为滚子滚动轴承。
本实用新型的有益效果在于：本实用新型的超声波发生装置上方至少接触设置有一把切刀，每把切刀固定在一个刀架片上；所述刀架片转动连接在一根刀架横轴上，每只刀架片与刀架横轴间设置有一轴承，刀架横轴两端固定在分条机体上，每只刀架片设置一个使切刀向下受力的施力装置，这样可以使每个带切刀的刀架片转动灵活，在势力装置的作用下，每把切刀能跟超声波发生装置充分接触，因而分裁出来的布条边缘切边整齐、毛刺少、热融效果好，生产出所需优质的无尘布。

一种布类超声波分条机，它包括分条机体1，分条机体1上设置有超声波发生装置11，超声波发生装置11上方至少接触设置有一把切刀12，每把切刀12固定在一个刀架片13上；所述刀架片13转动连接在一根刀架横轴14上，每只刀架片13与刀架横轴14间设置有一轴承15，刀架横轴14两端固定在分条机体1上，每只刀架片13设置一个使切刀12向下受力的施力装置16。本实用新型作为一种优选方案，轴承15选用滚子滚动轴承，滚子滚动轴承转动效果好，更有利于每只切刀架13转动。
本实用新型的超声波发生装置11上方至少接触设置有一把切刀12，每把切刀12固定在一个刀架片13上；所述刀架片13转动连接在一根刀架横轴14上，每只刀架片13与刀架横轴14间设置有一轴承15，刀架横轴14两端固定在分条机体1上，每只刀架片13设置一个使切刀向下受力的施力装置16，这样可以使每个带切刀12的刀架片13转动灵活，在势力装置的作用下，每把切刀12能跟超声波发生装置11充分接触，因而分裁出来的布条边缘切边整齐、毛刺少、热融效果好，生产出所需优质的无尘布。
