Abstract
本实用新型是一种用于上消化道检查的胶囊内窥镜一次性外套。其呈微型乳胶指套状结构，分尾部(1)、体部(2)和头部(3)三部分，尾部开口，开口端边沿外缘有一指环状突起；体部为空心圆柱状；头部为密封端，呈球面状，与胶囊内窥镜镜头的镜面相匹配。使用时，将胶囊内窥镜套入外套，使头部密封端平整地紧贴于镜头的镜面，然后在指环状突起后缘用适当长度的细线作为提拉线扎紧密封，即可将其按常规吞服。当发现可疑病灶时，可通过提拉线反复提拉观察。本实用新型结构简单、成本低廉、使用方便，同一个胶囊内窥镜可以多次使用，可避免交叉感染，既可缩短检查时间，又可降低检查费用，减轻了患者的痛苦，使食管内镜检查变得容易。

本实用新型涉及医疗器械技术领域，是一种用于上消化道检查的胶囊内窥镜外套。
背景技术
我国乙型肝炎表面抗原阳性者约1.2亿人，慢性乙型肝炎患者达3000多万人，而每年死于乙型肝炎相关肝病者达27万之多。部分慢性乙型肝炎患者会发展为肝硬化、门脉高压，而食管静脉曲张破裂出血又是此类患者的最主要死因之一。食管癌是我国常见疾病，每年大约有近20万的病人死于食管癌。胃食管反流病和Barrett食管是我国常见病，前者严重影响人民的生活质量，后者发展为食管腺癌的几率是正常人的10倍以上。以上食管疾病患者均要长期反复地进行胃镜检查。常规胃镜的管径较粗，约1cm，检查过程中病人有明显不适甚至感觉非常痛苦，胃镜如果洗消不严格还会引起疾病的交叉感染。最近，以色列Given公司已经研发出一种胶囊内窥镜(M2A或PillCam胶囊)；我国重庆金山科技公司也已研发出一种胶囊内窥镜(OMOM胶囊)，并应用于临床。其大小为26mm×11mm，体积小，经口吞服，由肠道排出体外，可以对消化道进行全程检查，供一次性使用。这种胶囊内窥镜可以克服上述常规胃镜检查的缺陷，但若仅用于食管检查，不仅费用太高，而且是一种极大的资源浪费。虽然以色列Given公司也开发了一种专门用于食管检查的胶囊内窥镜，但它被吞入后也由肠道排出体外，不仅在体内存留时间较长，而且有胶囊滞留在体内的风险。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种结构简单、成本低廉、供一次性使用的胶囊内窥镜外套。
本实用新型呈微型乳胶指套状结构，分尾部、体部和头部三部分，尾部开口，开口端边沿外缘有一指环状突起，体部为空心圆柱状，头部为密封端，呈球面状，与胶囊内窥镜镜头相匹配。本胶囊内窥镜外套可用乳胶或其他生物相容性好的透明、有弹性的材料制成，其直径和长度与胶囊内窥镜匹配。使用时，将胶囊内窥镜套入外套，使头部密封端平整地紧贴于镜头的镜面，再提拉尾部开口端边沿的指环状突起，使体部长度超过胶囊内窥镜的长度，然后在指环状突起后缘用适当长度的细线作为提拉线扎紧密封，即可将其按常规吞服。提拉线可设或不设刻度，通过提拉线上的刻度可提示胶囊内窥镜进入食管的深度，当发现可疑病灶时，可通过提拉线反复提拉观察。检查完毕后将胶囊内窥镜缓慢拉出，换上新的外套，可以再次使用该胶囊内窥镜进行下一例病人的检查。通常食管检查只需3分钟左右就可以完成，只要在胶囊内窥镜电池的寿命范围内(一般为8小时)，一粒胶囊内窥镜就可以给多个患者进行食管检查。这样不仅节约了资源，降低了使用成本，免除了内镜洗消的过程，而且可以减轻病人的痛苦，避免交叉感染。
本实用新型结构简单、成本低廉、使用方便，由于外套壁薄、光滑、透明，因此基本上不增加胶囊内窥镜的体积。进行食管检查时，同一个胶囊内窥镜只需要更换本外套，就可以多次使用，可避免交叉感染，既可缩短检查时间，又可降低检查费用，减轻了患者的痛苦，使食管内镜检查变得容易。

本实用新型呈微型乳胶指套状结构，用乳胶或其他生物相容性好的透明、有弹性的材料制成，分尾部1、体部2和头部3三部分，尾部开口，开口端边沿外缘有一指环状突起；体部为空心圆柱状，其直径和长度与胶囊内窥镜的外径和长度匹配；头部为密封端，呈球面状，与胶囊内窥镜镜头的镜面相匹配。
对于重庆金山科技公司生产的的OMOM胶囊内窥镜，胶囊内窥镜外套可用透明乳胶制成，壁厚0.06～0.08毫米，内径6～10毫米；尾部外缘指环状突起厚0.08～0.1毫米，体部空心圆柱长15～20毫米，头部呈球面状，与OMOM胶囊内窥镜镜头的镜面相匹配，
本实用新型可根据胶囊内窥镜的不同制成不同的规格型号。
