本实用新型涉及医疗器械技术领域，是一种用于检查食管的胶囊内镜辅助器。其由胶囊内镜外套(1)、提拉线(2)和拉环(3)组成，胶囊内镜外套(1)由套体(4)和套盖(5)通过接口(6)套合而成，套体(4)与套盖(5)通过它们的接口(6)咬合使胶囊内镜外套(1)密封。使用本实用新型时，将胶囊内镜置入胶囊内镜外套(1)并密封，让病人吞服，完成食管检查后拉出，更换新的辅助器进行下一例检查。本实用新型供一次性使用、结构简单、成本低廉、使用方便，使食管内镜检查变得更加容易、缩短了检查时间、避免了交叉感染。它的使用不仅可以减轻了病人的痛苦、降低了检查费用，还有利于胶囊内镜的推广应用。

本实用新型涉及医疗器械技术领域，是一种用于检查食管的胶囊内镜辅助器。
背景技术
我国乙型肝炎表面抗原阳性者约1.2亿人，慢性乙型肝炎患者达3000多万人，而每年死于乙型肝炎相关肝病者达27万之多。部分慢性乙型肝炎患者会发展为肝硬化、门脉高压，而食管静脉曲张破裂出血又是此类患者的最主要死因之一。食管癌也是我国常见疾病，每年大约有近20万的病人死于食管癌。胃食管反流病和Barrett食管也是我国常见病，前者严重影响人民的生活质量，后者发展为食管腺癌的几率是正常人的10倍以上。以上食管疾病患者均要长期反复地进行胃镜检查。常规胃镜的管径较粗，约1cm，检查过程中病人有明显不适甚至感觉非常痛苦，胃镜如果洗消不严格还会引起疾病的交叉感染。最近，以色列Given公司和我国重庆金山科技公司已经研发出一种胶囊内镜，并应用于临床。其大小为26mm×11mm，体积小，经口吞服，由肠道排除体外，可以对消化道进行全程检查，供一次性使用。这种胶囊内镜可以克服上述常规胃镜检查的缺陷，但若仅用于食管检查，不仅费用太高，而且是一种极大的资源浪费。虽然以色列Given公司也开发了一种专门用于食管检查的胶囊内镜，但它被吞入后也由肠道排出体外，不仅在体内存留时间较长，而且有胶囊滞留在体内的风险。这种食管胶囊内镜也是一次性使用，费用也较高，目前还没有进入我国市场，故我国还没有一种专门用于食管检查的胶囊内镜。
发明内容
本实用新型提供一种胶囊内镜食管检查辅助器。其由胶囊内镜外套、连于胶囊内镜外套一端的提拉线及连于提拉线另一端的拉环组成，胶囊内镜外套用无色透明材料制成，形状大小和胶囊内镜匹配，类似于椭球状，分套体和套盖两部分，开口设有匹配的接口，接口通过螺纹或锁扣咬合密闭将胶囊内镜密封其内。连于胶囊内镜外套一端的提拉线上设或不设刻度，设有刻度可提示胶囊内镜进入食管的深度。当发现可疑病灶时，可通过拉环提拉胶囊内镜反复观察。检查完毕后将胶囊内镜缓慢拉出，换上新的辅助器，可以再次使用该胶囊内镜进行下一例病人的检查。通常食管检查只需5分钟左右就可以完成，只要在胶囊内镜电池的寿命范围内(一般为8小时)，一粒胶囊内镜就可以给多个患者进行食管检查。这样不仅节约了资源，降低了使用成本，免除了内镜洗消的过程，而且可以减轻病人的痛苦，避免交叉感染。通过提拉线牵引胶囊内镜对食管进行反复检查有利于对疾病的诊治。
本胶囊内镜食管检查辅助器一次性使用，结构简单、成本低廉、使用方便，它可使食管内镜检查变得容易，缩短了检查时间，避免了交叉感染。它的使用不仅使一粒胶囊内镜可以重复使用，降低了检查费用，而且减轻了病人的痛苦，还非常适用于进行大规模的食管疾病(如食管癌、反流性食管炎、Barrett食管、食管静脉曲张等)筛查和上述疾病的定期复查。

现结合附图和实施例，对本实用新型作详细描述。
本实用新型由胶囊内镜外套1、提拉线2和拉环3组成，胶囊内镜外套1由套体4和套盖5通过接口6套合而成，套体4的接口6设有外螺纹或锁扣，与套盖5接口内壁所设的内螺纹或锁扣孔或锁扣槽相匹配，以便套合时通过接口相互咬合使胶囊内镜外套1密封，胶囊内镜外套1的形状、大小与置入其内的胶囊内镜匹配。提拉线2可以设有表示长度的刻度，其尾端与拉环3相连。
实施例1.本胶囊内镜外套1用无色透明塑料制成，总长28mm，直径为12mm，壁厚0.5mm，套体4和套盖5各长14mm，其中接口6的边宽各为4mm，套体4和套盖5通过螺纹相互咬合固定。提拉线2的直径为1.0mm，长50cm，每5cm有一刻度，尾端拉环3为一指环，内径为15mm。
实施例2.本胶囊内镜外套1用无色透明塑料制成，总长28mm，直径为12mm，壁厚0.5mm，套体4长16mm，套盖5长12mm，其中接口6的边宽各为4mm，套体4和套盖5通过锁扣和锁扣孔相互嵌合固定。提拉线2的直径为2mm，长60cm，每10cm有一刻度，尾端拉环3为一指环，内径为17mm。
实施例1或2的辅助器适用于以色列Given公司或我国重庆金山科技公司生产的规格为26mm×11mm大小的胶囊内镜。本实用新型也可根据胶囊内镜的不同，制成不同的规格型号。

1.一种胶囊内镜食管检查辅助器，其特征在于由胶囊内镜外套(1)、提拉线(2)和拉环(3)组成，胶囊内镜外套(1)由套体(4)和套盖(5)通过它们的接口(6)套合而成，套体(4)的接口(6)设有外螺纹或锁扣，与套盖(5)接口内壁所设的内螺纹或锁扣孔或锁扣槽相匹配，套体(4)与套盖(5)通过接口(6)咬合使胶囊内镜外套(1)密封；提拉线(2)连于胶囊内镜外套(1)的顶端；拉环(3)连于提拉线(2)的尾端。
2.按权利要求1所述的胶囊内镜食管检查辅助器，其特征在于提拉线(2)设有表示长度的刻度。
