本实用新型属于制冷技术领域,涉及冰箱变温室风道结构,其包括风道冷冻室入口、内部风道、风道冷藏室出口,该风道结构安装于冷冻室和冷藏室下部,风道冷冻室入口接入冷冻室的冷冻抽屉内,风道冷藏室出口接入冷藏室变温室内,内部风道连接入口与出口,所述的风道为倾斜放置的“U”型风管结构。本实用新型采用简单的风道结构,实现了冷藏室变温区的制冷,并解决了冷冻室局部结霜或凝水问题。

改进的冰箱变温室风道结构
技术领域
本实用新型属于制冷技术领域,涉及冰箱,尤其是冰箱变温室风道结构。
背景技术
冰箱上使用变温室能实现不同食物的储藏需要,实现不同食品的保鲜和营养维持。目前在SBS(SIDE BY SIDE冰箱或者对开门冰箱)上实现变温室的方法主要是增加独立区间,利用步进电机带动风门开启的时间来控制该区间的温度,这种方案的不足主要有:1,材料费增加;2,使用的电器部品增多,冰箱的故障率相应上升,同时冰箱能耗也相应增加。
如图1所示,现有的具有变温室的冰箱包括冰箱冷冻室11、冷冻风机12、冷冻抽屉13、风道EPS(可发性聚苯乙烯或者PS泡沫)14、电动风门/直联式手动滑杆15、冷藏变温室16、冷藏变温室盖板17、冰箱冷藏室18、冷藏回风口19。
当冷冻室11内部的风机启动时,由于电动风门15打开,冷气从风道EPS14的通道进入冷藏变温室16,而冷藏变温室16通过其盖板17达到与冰箱冷藏室18的温度差异,同时,冷气经过冷藏室回风口19回到冷冻室,从而完成变温室的制冷。
由于冰箱冷冻室11与冷藏室18短距离直接联通,一方面会导致冷冻室下部抽屉13保温不良,温度偏高,不利于食品保存;另一方面,当冷藏室制冷时,由于风压的差异,导致冷藏室的湿热空气通过风道EPS 14直接回到冷冻室下部抽屉13区域,导致该处结霜,长时间工作下会造成抽屉13冻结等问题。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种改进的冰箱变温室风道结构,其利用冰箱冷冻和冷藏室的温度差异,使用一种特殊连接的风道结构,风道冷气流向为从冷冻室入口,经由内部风道连接管,再经过冷藏室出口,从而实现冷藏室变温区的制冷。内部风道为一倾斜布置的风管,冷气按上述方向流动时阻力较小,而湿热空气逆向流动时阻力较大
为达到以上目的,本实用新型的解决方案是:
一种改进的冰箱变温室风道结构,其包括风道冷冻室入口、内部风道、风道冷藏室出口,该风道结构安装于冷冻室和冷藏室下部,风道冷冻室入口接入冷冻室的冷冻抽屉内,风道冷藏室出口接入冷藏室变温室内,内部风道连接入口与出口。
进一步,所述的风道为倾斜放置的“U”型风管结构。
风道入口的下边沿到出口的下边沿高度差H为20mm-30mm。
所述的风道倾角为10-20度。
冷冻室入口与内部风道管口大小相同,冷藏室出口与冷冻室入口的面积比为2∶1。
由于采用了以上技术方案,本实用新型具有以下有益效果:使用比较简单的风道结构,实现冷藏室变温室的制冷,同时,利用冷热空气的流动特性,减少由于风路逆转时导致的结霜现象。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图所示实施例对本实用新型作进一步的说明。
本实用新型包括冰箱冷冻室1、冷冻风机2、冷冻抽屉3、风道冷冻室入口4、内部风道5、风道冷藏室出口6、冷藏变温室7、冷藏变温室盖板8、回风口9、冰箱冷藏室10、冷藏室电动风门20。
本实用新型揭示的是一种新式的冷藏变温室风道,另外需要冰箱冷冻室1和冰箱冷藏室10的形状上予以配合。
在冷冻室1和冷藏室10之间增加了一装配孔,用于安装内部风道5,冷冻室1内的冷冻抽屉3后侧开一孔装配风道冷冻室入口4,冷藏室10内的冷藏变温室7的后侧也开一孔装配风道冷藏室出口6,形成连接冷冻室1和冷藏室10的风道结构。同时,冷冻室须配备有强制冷气对流循环的装置。该风道结构为由入口4、内部风道5、出口6组成的倾斜放置的“U”型风管结构,其中,图4中风道入口4的下边沿到出口6的下边沿高度差H约为25mm,其倾角α约为10-20度(如图5所示)。冷冻室入口4与内部风道5的管口大小一致,冷藏室出口6开口略微大一些,与冷冻室入口4的面积比例约为2∶1,可以根据冷藏变温室的设计温度适当调整。本实用新型利用入口4和出口6的高度差及风道5的倾角,一方面可以利用冷冻室的冷风对冷藏变温室制冷;另一方面可以在一定程度上解决了由于对湿热空气从冷藏变温区逆流到冷冻室局部区域从而导致冷冻室局部结霜或凝水的问题。
具体作用如下:
1,冷冻室风机2运转时,冷气从冷冻室1沿两路进入冷藏室10,一路从上部的电动风门20进入冷藏室10,使冷藏室温度降低;另一路从风道5进入冷藏变温室7,直接使冷藏室变温室7制冷,而冷藏室10的回风集中从回风口9回到冷冻室1,完成制冷循环。
2,当冷藏室10制冷时,由于冷热空气的密度差,冷空气下沉,湿热空气上升,而变温室风道5的冷藏室出口6比冷冻室进口4位置高,因此,增加了湿热空气沿风道5从冷藏出口6进入冷冻入口4的阻力,一定程度上减少了冷冻室局部结霜的可能。
上述的对实施例的描述是为便于该技术领域的普通技术人员能理解和使用本实用新型。熟悉本领域技术的人员显然可以容易地对这些实施例做出各种修改,并把在此说明的一般原理应用到其他实施例中而不必经过创造性的劳动。因此,本实用新型不限于上述实施例,本领域技术人员根据本实用新型的揭示,对于本实用新型做出的改进和修改都应该在本实用新型的保护范围之内。

Claims (6)

1、一种改进的冰箱变温室风道结构,其包括风道冷冻室入口、内部风道、风道冷藏室出口,其特征在于:该风道结构安装于冷冻室和冷藏室下部,风道冷冻室入口接入冷冻室的冷冻抽屉内,风道冷藏室出口接入冷藏室变温室内,内部风道连接入口与出口。
2、如权利要求1所述的改进的冰箱变温室风道结构,其特征在于:所述的风道为倾斜放置的“U”型风管结构。
3、如权利要求1所述的改进的冰箱变温室风道结构,其特征在于:风道入口的下边沿到出口的下边沿高度差H为20mm-30mm。
4、如权利要求2所述的改进的冰箱变温室风道结构,其特征在于:所述的风道的倾角为10-20度。
5、如权利要求1所述的改进的冰箱变温室风道结构,其特征在于:冷冻室入口与内部风道管口大小相同。
6、如权利要求1至5中任一所述的改进的冰箱变温室风道结构,其特征在于:冷藏室出口与冷冻室入口的面积比为2∶1。
