[技术领域]
本实用新型涉及一种电冰箱,尤其是指电冰箱的风道系统。
[背景技术]
电冰箱,尤其是采用风冷系统的家用电冰箱,通常在电冰箱的冷藏室与冷冻室的后壁上设置风道系统。该风道系统包括安装在冷藏室或冷冻室的后绝热壁上的风道盖板,设置在风道盖板与绝热壁之间的间隙中的蒸发器,以及设置在蒸发器的上端或者下端风扇。在风道盖板上开设若干个开孔,风扇的旋转使得经过蒸发器被冷却的空气流从该开孔被导入到冷藏室或冷冻室中,实现对储存其中的物品的冷却。
美国专利申请US2006/0070395 A1揭示了一种现有的具有风道系统的电冰箱,该电冰箱的风道系统中的风扇垂直放置在蒸发器的上方,由于风扇的体积比较庞大,风扇马达部分嵌入到绝热壁中,从而降低了该处绝热层的厚度,不利于冰箱冷藏室的温度保持。美国专利申请US2007/0157646 A1揭示了另一种经过改进的具有风道系统的电冰箱,该电冰箱的风道系统中的风扇改为水平放置在蒸发器的上方,这样克服了US2006/0070395 A1中风扇的缺点,但是,这两个美国专利申请共同的缺点是:风道盖板上的开孔都是垂直于风道开设,导致冷空气流以垂直于冷藏室的门的方向被导出,当冷藏室的门处于开启位置时,冷空气流直接从冷藏室内吹出冷藏室外,增加了冷藏室的能量损失。
[发明内容]
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种具有可提高能效的风道系统的电冰箱。
为实现上述发明目的,本实用新型的一种实施方式的电冰箱包括具有内部收容空间的箱体,可动连接到箱体上用于封闭该内部收容空间的门,以及设置在箱体的绝热后壁上的风道系统;其中该风道系统包括具有出风口的风道盖板,设置在风道盖板与绝热后壁之间的蒸发器,以及风扇;其中风扇水平设置在蒸发器的上方,风道盖板上的出风口倾斜设置,由风扇带动的空气流以与风道盖板相倾斜的角度向上或者向下吹入到内部收容空间中。
作为本实用新型的进一步改进,所述的内部收容空间是电冰箱的冷藏室或者冷冻室,所述的风道盖板设置在冷藏室或者冷冻室的绝热后壁上,其包括与绝热后壁之间的间隙较宽的下半部分以及与绝热后壁之间的间隙较窄的上半部分。
作为本实用新型的进一步改进,所述的蒸发器与风扇设置在风道盖板的下半部分与绝热后壁之间,所述的倾斜设置的出风口设置在风道盖板的上半部分上。
作为本实用新型的进一步改进,冷冻室中的风道盖板的顶部具有向上的出风口,从该出风口吹出的空气流被导入到冷冻室的自动制冰机中。
作为本实用新型的进一步改进,所述的风道盖板上出风口具有在开口处向里倾斜的舌部,形成向上倾斜的出风口。
作为本实用新型的进一步改进,所述的风道盖板上出风口具有在开口处向外倾斜的舌部,形成向下倾斜的出风口。
本实用新型的有益效果是:采用了倾斜的出风口,避免空气流直接吹出电冰箱的门外,减小能量损失。

[具体实施方式]
参考图1,本实用新型的一种实施方式的电冰箱包括一个由绝热外壳围设成的箱体1,该箱体具有并列设置的冷藏室2(见图2)及冷冻室3(见图3)。冷藏室2与冷冻室3共同构成箱体1的内部收容空间,冷藏室2上具有一个用于封闭冷藏室2的冷藏室门4,冷冻室上具有一个用于封闭冷冻室3的冷冻室门5,冷冻室门5上设置一个出水出冰口50,由冷冻室中的自动制冰机产生的冰块可以通过该出水出冰口50排出。
参考图2,冷藏室2具有一个由绝热材料构成的绝热后壁10,在该绝热后壁10上设置冷藏室的风道系统。该风道系统包括风道盖板60,冷藏室蒸发器63,以及冷藏室风扇64。风道盖板60与绝热后壁之间具有一定的间隙,其包括与绝热后壁之间距离较大的下半部分61和与绝热后壁之间距离较小的上半部分62。下半部分61设置成较大的间隙是为了有足够的空间来容纳冷藏室蒸发器63,上半部分62设置成较小的间隙一则可以让冷藏室具有更大的可使用空间,二则可以使得由冷藏室风扇64驱动的空气流更加集中地在较小的间隙中流动。风扇64水平设置在冷藏室蒸发器63的上方,水平设置的风扇使得空气流不需要经过折流即可以经过冷藏室蒸发器63被吸取过来并被直接吹向风道盖板60的上半部分62。风道盖板60的上半部分62上具有朝向冷藏室2的出风口620,出风口620具有一个倾斜的舌部622,舌部622相对于风道盖板60向里弯折,从而在出风口620处形成一个倾斜向上的角度,从出风口620吹出的空气流经过舌部622的引导,以倾斜向上的方向吹入到冷藏室2中。
在冷藏室2中设置有若干个搁盘20以及抽屉22,从出风口620倾斜吹出的空气流在碰到冷藏室的顶壁以及搁盘20、抽屉22后发生折流。当冷藏室门4处于关闭状态时,空气流会顺着门向下流动,并最终通过风道盖板60的下半部分上的回风口610回流到冷藏室蒸发器63中。当冷藏室门4处于开启状态时,由于空气流在冷藏室2中的流动方向并不正对着冷藏室门4,空气流不会直接流出门外,从而减小了能量的损失。
参考图3,冷冻室3的风道系统的结构与图2中冷藏室2的风道系统的结构类似。不同之处在于:由于在冷冻室3的顶部设置有自动制冰机24,所以在风道盖板70的上半部分72的顶端设置一个向上的出风口724,经过该出风口724的空气流可以被导入到自动制冰机24中专门用于制作冰块。
以上是本实用新型的较佳实施方式,本领域的普通技术人员也可以根据具体需要,在不付出创造性劳动的前提下对以上实施方式做出合理的调整。例如,本实施方式的风道盖板上的出风口的舌部向里倾斜引导出倾斜向上的空气流,也可以调整为将舌部向外倾斜引导出倾斜向下的空气流,只要达到让空气流倾斜吹出的效果即可。总之,这些合理的调整均应在本实用新型的权力要求的保护范围之内。

Claims (6)

1.一种电冰箱,其包括具有内部收容空间的箱体,可动连接到箱体上用于封闭该内部收容空间的门,以及设置在箱体的绝热后壁上的风道系统;其中该风道系统包括具有出风口的风道盖板,设置在风道盖板与绝热后壁之间的蒸发器,以及风扇;其特征在于,风扇水平设置在蒸发器的上方,风道盖板上的出风口倾斜设置,由风扇带动的空气流以与风道盖板相倾斜的角度向上或者向下吹入到内部收容空间中。
2.如权利要求1所述的电冰箱,其特征在于,所述的内部收容空间是电冰箱的冷藏室或者冷冻室,所述的风道盖板设置在冷藏室或者冷冻室的绝热后壁上,其包括与绝热后壁之间的间隙较宽的下半部分以及与绝热后壁之间的间隙较窄的上半部分。
3.如权利要求2所述的电冰箱,其特征在于,所述的蒸发器与风扇设置在风道盖板的下半部分与绝热后壁之间,所述的倾斜设置的出风口设置在风道盖板的上半部分上。
4.如权利要求3所述的电冰箱,其特征在于,冷冻室中的风道盖板的顶部具有向上的出风口,从该出风口吹出的空气流被导入到冷冻室的自动制冰机中。
5.如以上任一权利要求所述的电冰箱,其特征在于,所述的风道盖板上出风口具有在开口处向里倾斜的舌部,形成向上倾斜的出风口。
6.如权利要求1至4之一所述的电冰箱,其特征在于,所述的风道盖板上出风口具有在开口处向外倾斜的舌部,形成向下倾斜的出风口。
