本实用新型属于一轧钢冶金设备部件,具体是一种稳定性的导卫轴系。
背景技术
导卫装置是型钢连轧系统中在成品前和成品架次的轧制中将轧件准确引导进入轧辊孔型和防止轧件表面被刮伤的一种装置,其引导准确性关系到轧件质量与生产安全。
导卫一般由底座、箱体、导辊等组成,轧件从导辊间滚动通过,然后进入轧辊孔型,现有导辊往往稳定性不佳,发生摆动,则轧件也会发生摆动,则轧件难以准确进入轧辊孔型,发生轧件表面刮伤与生产事故,影响了轧件质量与生产效率。

本实用新型的目的是提供一种稳定性好的导卫轴系,可提高使用周期,可提高轴承使用寿命,导辊不会摆动,轧件在导辊中通过时,十分平顺,轧件能准确进入轧辊孔型。

和已有技术相比,本实用新型导辊稳定性好,不会发生摆动,轧件在导辊中通过时,十分平顺,能准确引导轧件进入轧辊孔型。
