本实用新型公开了一种扩张导轨，包括导轨上盖板和导轨下盖板，所述的导轨下盖板上设有轴承槽和滚轮槽，轴承槽内设有两个并列的轴承，滚轮槽内设置有钢珠槽，钢珠槽内装有钢珠，滚轮槽上设有滚轮，滚轮和轴承通过固定轴贯穿。扩张导轨内滚轮与两个轴承的同时配合，提高了钢板在扩张导轨传送速度；同时滚轮槽内的钢珠配合润滑油的使用，能使钢板折角在快速滑动的同时摩擦减小，使导轨与滚轮、轴承之间的磨损减少，大大提高了导轨的使用寿命。

本实用新型涉及一种扩张网机，尤其是一种扩张导轨。 
背景技术
目前扩张网机的扩张导轨存在以下问题：①、当钢板从出料滚压轴进入导轨后，导轨的传送速度较慢，经常出现钢板在出料滚压轴处停滞不动，造成滚桶对钢板的反复滚压，严重滞后了生产效率；②、导轨内的滚轮与导轨之间的摩擦大滚轮磨损严重，需经常更换滚轮，同时对导轨的磨损也较为严重。随着扩张网机速度的加快，滚压速度的提高，传送速度慢的扩张导轨严重影响了钢板成形的速度和使用寿命，严重制约着扩张网机速度的提高。

针对上述情况，本实用新型目的在于提供一种传送速度快、使用寿命长的扩张导轨。 
本实用新型的技术方案是:一种扩张导轨，包括导轨上盖板和导轨下盖板，所述的导轨下盖板上设有轴承槽和滚轮槽，轴承槽内设有两个并列的轴承，滚轮槽内设置有钢珠槽，钢珠槽内装有钢珠，滚轮槽上设有滚轮，滚轮和轴承通过固定轴贯穿连接。 
本实用新型的有益效果是：扩张导轨内滚轮与两个轴承的同时配合，提高了钢板在扩张导轨传送速度；同时滚轮槽内的钢珠配合润滑油的使用，能使钢板折角在快速滑动的同时摩擦减小，使导轨与滚轮、轴承之间的磨损减少，大大提高了导轨的使用寿命。

实施例：如图1、图2所示，一种扩张导轨，包括导轨上盖板1和导轨下盖板2，所述的导轨下盖板2上设有轴承槽21和滚轮槽22，轴承槽21内设有两个并列的轴承3，滚轮槽22内设置有钢珠槽221，钢珠槽221内装有钢珠222，滚轮槽22上设有滚轮4，滚轮4和轴承3通过固定轴5贯穿连接。 
扩张导轨内滚轮4与两个轴承3的同时配合，提高了钢板在扩张导轨上传送速度；同时滚轮槽22内的钢珠222配合润滑油的使用，能使钢板折角在快速滑动的同时摩擦减小，使导轨与滚轮4、轴承3之间的磨损减少，大大提高了导轨的使用寿命。

1.一种扩张导轨，包括导轨上盖板（1）和导轨下盖板（2），其特征在于：所述的导轨下盖板（2）上设有轴承槽（21）和滚轮槽（22），轴承槽（21）内设有两个并列的轴承（3），滚轮槽（22）内设置有钢珠槽（221），钢珠槽（221）内装有钢珠（222），所述的滚轮槽（22）上设有滚轮（4），滚轮（4）和轴承（3）通过固定轴（5）贯穿连接。
