背景技术
导卫装置是型钢连轧系统中在成品前和成品架次的轧制中将轧件准确引导进入轧辊孔型和防止轧件表面被刮伤的一种装置，其引导准确性关系到轧件质量与生产安全。
现有的出口导卫通过安装在导卫支架上，呈上、下方式安装，属于传统的安装方式，但这种导卫在发生轧件无法顺利通过，出现堆钢情况时，轧件向上方拱起，影响到轧件的正常生产。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种安装在导卫支架侧壁上的出口导卫，轧件发生堆钢事故时，轧件向导卫支架的侧面拱出，不会向上抬起，故不会影响轧机正常运行。

一种安装在导卫支架侧壁的出口导卫，包括有导卫支架，左、右导板，其特征在于所述的导卫支架侧壁上有开口向上的燕尾角槽，所述的右导板下方有燕尾装配在燕尾角槽内，导卫支架的横梁上安装有倾斜的螺栓，螺栓端部压在右导板上方的燕尾上，所述的右导板的左侧有左导板与之配合，左导板外侧有弹簧夹将左、右导板夹紧在一起。
和已有技术相比，本实用新型在导卫支架侧壁安装出口导卫，使得轧件在导卫中出现堆钢事故时，轧件不会向上顶起，只会向侧面顶起，故不会影响到轧机的正常运行，有利于安全生产。

具体实施方式
一种安装在导卫支架侧壁的出口导卫，包括有导卫支架1，左、右导板2、3，导卫支架1侧壁上有开口向上的燕尾角槽4，所述的右导板3下方有燕尾装配在燕尾角槽4内，导卫支架1的横梁上安装有倾斜的螺栓5，螺栓5端部压在右导板3上方的燕尾上，所述的右导板3的左侧有左导板2与之配合，左导板2外侧有弹簧夹6将左、右导板2、3夹紧在一起。
