背景技术
导卫装置是型钢连轧系统中在成品前和成品架次的轧制中将轧件准确引导进入轧辊孔型和防止轧件表面被刮伤的一种装置，其引导准确性关系到轧件质量与生产安全。
滚动导卫总成上安装有多对导辊，导辊之间为孔型，高温轧件从导辊之间通过，因此，导辊本身温度很高，导辊容易碎裂损坏。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种带喷水管路的滚动导卫总成，在滚动导卫中设置水冷管路，在导辊工作时，不停地向导辊喷洒水或水雾，对导辊进行降温处理，防止导辊损坏，延长了导辊的使用寿命。
