技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种B03型柴油机气缸套，具体地说是限定气缸缸径85mm和活塞行程95mm的气缸套，用于直喷式高速柴油发动机，保证活塞往复运动的可靠性。
背景技术
气缸套镶嵌在气缸体内，与活塞、气缸盖共同组成燃烧室，并引导活塞做往复运动。内燃机工作时，气缸套要承受高温高压气体的冲击，气缸壁内外温差产生的热应力，活塞的侧压力和摩擦力以及螺栓预紧力的作用，工作条件十分恶劣。同时，由于活塞在气缸内做高速往复运动，且润滑条件不良，使气缸套磨损严重。气缸套通常采用耐磨性好、铸造方便、成本较低的合金铸铁或球墨铸铁制造。目前应用较多的材料是高磷合金铸铁或含硼铸铁，并对其进行高频淬火、多孔镀铬、喷钼或氮化处理，以提高其耐磨性。常用的气缸套在结构上可分为干式气缸套和湿式气缸套两种。干式气缸套的外壁不直接与冷却介质接触，通常以合金铸铁离心制造，壁厚为2～3mm。这种结构的气缸套刚度好，质量轻，密封方便，气缸中心距较短，可使内燃机结构紧凑；其缺点是拆装不便，维修困难，冷却效果差，易产生局部变形，加工精度要求高，成本高。湿式气缸套的外壁直接与冷却水接触，散热条件好，通常以高磷合金铸铁制造，壁厚为5～8mm。湿式气缸套刚度较差，易漏气漏水，但拆装和维修方便。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服上述不足之处，从而提供一种柴油机气缸套，其具有足够的刚度和强度；能提高耐磨性和抗腐蚀性；制造精度高；能保证活塞往复运动的可靠性。
本实用新型的主要解决方案是这样实现的：
本实用新型包括气缸套体，特征是在气缸套体上设有凸肩、上支撑、两个水封圈槽和下支撑，凸肩至水封圈槽的距离为：120～122mm；两个水封圈槽之间的距离为：11～13mm。
所述的凸肩的端面直径为：97～99mm，外圆面直径为：106～108mm。所述的上支撑的外圆直径为：98.8mm～101mm；所述的水封圈槽的外圆直径为：92～94mm；所述的下支撑外圆直径为：97～99mm。所述的气缸套体采用硼铜铸铁材料制成。

本实用新型具有足够的刚度和强度；具有良好的耐磨性和抗腐蚀性；具有较高的制造精度；由于选择了湿式气缸套，此湿式气缸套采用了合理的结构；在保证刚度和强度的基础上，气缸套体选择了耐磨性和抗磨性均较好的硼铜铸铁材料。

本实用新型整个气缸套体高度为：165mm，内径为：85mm，外圆直径为：97mm。在气缸套体上设有凸肩1和两个水封圈槽3。所述的凸肩1的端面直径为：98mm，外圆面直径为：107mm，从凸肩1到水封圈槽3的距离为：121mm。气缸套体上设有上支撑2，上支撑2的外圆直径为：100mm，最小处直径为：98.8mm。所述的水封圈槽3的外圆直径为：93mm，两个水封圈槽3之间的距离为：12mm。气缸套体上设有下支撑4，外圆直径为：98mm。
Claims (6)
1、一种柴油机气缸套，包括气缸套体，其特征是在气缸套体上设有凸肩(1)、上支撑(2)、两个水封圈槽(3)和下支撑(4)，凸肩(1)至水封圈槽(3)的距离为：120～122mm；两个水封圈槽(3)之间的距离为：11～1 3mm。
2、根据权利要求1所述的柴油机气缸套，其特征在于所述的凸肩(1)的端面直径为：97～99mm，外圆面直径为：106～108mm。
3、根据权利要求1所述的柴油机气缸套，其特征在于所述的上支撑(2)的外圆直径为：98.8mm～101mm。
4、根据权利要求1所述的柴油机气缸套，其特征在于所述的水封圈槽(3)的外圆直径为：92～94mm。

6、根据权利要求1所述的柴油机气缸套，其特征在于所述的气缸套体采用硼铜铸铁材料制成。
