引导管4外部固定有密封充气囊3，在引导管4内部设置有带阀门2的进药液管1；设置在引导管4内的进气管6与密封充气囊3相通，进气管6上设置有开关5。用双腔气囊灌肠器上的引导管4插入肛门内后，给进气管6通气使密封充气囊3充气密封住肛周，关闭开关5；打开阀门2，把输药液管或灌肠液管与进药液管1插接连接相通向肠内输液，整个操作过程密封好可使灌肠顺利进行。
