Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种电池模块连接件,包括两侧分别与相邻两电池模块的电极端子相连接的金属片,其特征在于:在所述两侧金属片中间设有至少一层拱桥状金属箔。本实用新型是一种可靠性高且电阻低的电池模块连接件。采用拱桥状金属箔这种弹性缓冲连接结构,在电池模块间发生相对位移时,可以减小连接处所受到的冲击力,提高抗冲击性和连接可靠性。而与电池模块通过焊接方式连接,连接电阻低,发热量和能耗也比较低,如果采用钎焊方式,还便于电池模块的日常维护与管理。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及连接件,尤其是涉及一种电池模块连接件。
背景技术
作为电动车用电源的锂电池,其电压相对比较低,增加锂电池的数量是解决电压较低的方案之一。一般是通过串并联单体电池形成电池组,再进行包装成一个电池模块或电池包。在商用电动车(EV)和混合动力电动车(HEV)中,只有采用至少两个电池模块组合,才能满足动力输出的需要。然而,现有电池模块之间的连接,主要是用铜线或者铜片等低电阻金属作为中介并通过螺母固定连接,存在内阻高且可靠性低的缺陷。
发明内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是弥补上述现有技术的缺陷,提出一种可靠性高且电阻低的电池模块连接件。
本实用新型的技术问题通过以下技术方案予以解决。
这种电池模块连接件,包括两侧分别与相邻两电池模块的电极端子相连接的金属片。
这种电池模块连接件的特点是:
在所述两侧金属片中间设有至少一层拱桥状金属箔,所述拱桥状金属箔具有弹性缓冲功能。
本实用新型的技术问题通过以下进一步的技术方案予以解决。
所述金属片包括通过焊接方式与所述金属箔相连接的实体金属片,以及由所述金属箔的两端热压成型的复合金属片。
所述金属片上设有至少一个固定孔,金属片通过螺钉与所述固定孔与电池模块的电极端子相连接。
所述实体金属片与所述金属箔相连接的焊接包括电子束焊、激光焊。
所述金属箔的层数由所连接的电池模块的电极端子尺寸及充、放电电流值所确定;
所述金属箔的厚度为0.01mm~5.00mm。
所述金属箔的厚度优选为0.05 mm~0.500mm。
所述金属箔和金属片优选为同一种材料,以进一步降低其电阻。
所述金属箔优选为铜箔,以便于焊接。
所述金属片的尺寸由所连接的电池模块的电极端子尺寸及充、放电电流值所确定。
所述实体金属片包括铜、镍、铝实体片。
所述复合金属片包括由铜、镍、铝箔热压成型的复合片。
所述金属片的长度方向上设有便于焊接的焊丝沟槽。
所述金属片与电池模块的电极端子相连接的方式包括焊接、用螺钉通过所述固定孔连接。
所述金属片与电池模块的电极端子相连接的焊接方式包括钎焊、激光焊、超声焊。
所述金属片与电池模块的电极端子相连接的优选焊接方式是钎焊,便于电池模块、后续电池组的维护与管理。
本实用新型与现有技术对比的有益效果是:
本实用新型是一种可靠性高且电阻低的电池模块连接件,采用拱桥状金属箔这种弹性缓冲连接结构,在电池模块间发生相对位移时,可以减小连接处所受到的冲击力,提高抗冲击性和连接可靠性。而与电池模块通过焊接方式连接,连接电阻低,发热量和能耗也比较低,如果采用钎焊方式,还便于电池模块的日常维护与管理。

具体实施方式
下面对照附图并结合具体实施方式对本实用新型作进一步的说明。
具体实施方式一
如图1~3所示的电池模块连接件1,包括两侧与电池模块2、3的电极端子21、31分别相连接的金属片11,金属片11上设有三个固定孔13。
两侧金属片11的中间设置有多层拱桥状金属箔12,拱桥状金属箔12具有弹性缓冲功能。
金属片11是通过电子束焊接方式与金属箔12相连接的实体金属片。
金属箔12的层数由所连接的电池模块2、3的电极端子21、31的尺寸及充、放电电流值所确定。
金属箔12的厚度为0.01mm~5.00mm,优选为0.05mm~0.500mm。
金属箔12和金属片11优选为铜材料,以进一步降低其电阻,且便于焊接。
金属片11的长度方向上设有便于焊接的焊丝沟槽14。
金属片11的尺寸也由所连接的电池模块2、3的电极端子21、31的尺寸及充、放电电流值所确定。
金属片11与电池模块2、3的电极端子21、31相连接的方式是钎焊,便于电池模块、后续电池组的维护与管理。
在连接电池模块2和3时,首先在金属片11的焊丝沟槽14中放入锡基焊丝,然后用高频感应头将锡基焊丝熔化,将两侧的金属片11与电极端子21、31分别焊接在一起。由于连接件1与电池模块2、3是通过钎焊的方式连接,所以连接电阻比较小,发热量和能耗也比较小。且两者焊接时采用软钎料,便于电池模块之间的拆卸。最后,用螺钉4通过固定孔13将两侧的金属片11分别与电极端子21、31连接,防止焊接处脱落,进一步提高连接可靠性。
具体实施方式二
如图1~3所示的电池模块连接件1与具体实施方式一基本相同,不同之处是:
金属片11是由金属箔12的两端热压成型的复合金属片,且与电池模块2、3的电极端子21、31相连接的方式是激光焊。

1.一种电池模块连接件,包括两侧分别与相邻两电池模块的电极端子相连接的金属片,其特征在于:
在所述两侧金属片中间设有至少一层拱桥状金属箔。
2.如权利要求1所述的电池模块连接件,其特征在于:
所述金属片包括通过焊接方式与所述金属箔相连接的实体金属片,以及由所述金属箔的两端热压成型的复合金属片。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的电池模块连接件,其特征在于:
所述金属片上设有至少一个固定孔,金属片通过螺钉与所述固定孔与电池模块的电极端子相连接。
4.如权利要求2所述的电池模块连接件,其特征在于:
所述实体金属片与所述金属箔相连接的焊接包括电子束焊、激光焊。
5.如权利要求1所述的电池模块连接件,其特征在于:
所述金属箔的层数由所连接的电池模块的电极端子尺寸及充、放电电流值所确定。
6.如权利要求3所述的电池模块连接件,其特征在于:
所述金属片的尺寸由所连接的电池模块的电极端子尺寸及充、放电电流值所确定。
7.如权利要求6所述的电池模块连接件,其特征在于:
所述金属片的长度方向上设有便于焊接的焊丝沟槽。
8.如权利要求7所述的电池模块连接件,其特征在于:
所述金属片与电池模块的电极端子相连接的方式包括焊接、用螺钉通过所述固定孔连接。
9.如权利要求8所述的电池模块连接件,其特征在于:
所述金属片与电池模块的电极端子相连接的焊接方式包括钎焊、激光焊、超声焊。
