Abstract
本实用新型涉及一种鸭嘴止回阀，包括弹性扁锥形阀体，在弹性扁锥形阀体出口由两平面相互贴合构成平面密封面，主要是在橡胶材料的阀体法兰内设置钢制法兰，既增强了阀体与管道的连接强度，同时由于钢制法兰在橡胶材料内，不需要采用防腐设计，可以采用锻钢或一般钢板材料，具有产品成本低、安装方便等优点。特别适用于具有腐蚀性介质的工况。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种阀门，特别是关于一种鸭嘴阀。本实用新型适用于市政污水排放口、水利排放口、沿海排放口、泵站防止介质倒灌的单向流通阀门。
背景技术
鸭嘴止回阀普遍使用于市政、水利、沿海排放等领域，一般采用橡胶材料压注成型，其阀体为扁锥形，阀体进口制成与连接管道相互配合的圆形或其他连接形状，阀体出口由两个斜平面贴合一起构成平面形密封面，整体形似鸭嘴形状，如专利号为200620107344.3的盖式鸭嘴形止回阀。当介质由进口流入时，在介质压力作用下，撑开具有弹性的扁锥形阀体，使阀体出口侧的两平面形密封面相互分开，介质从两平面之间通过；当介质反向压力时，介质压力作用于扁锥形阀体两侧三角形平面和阀体的弹性，使阀体出口侧两平面形密封面相互闭合，防止介质反向倒灌。其不足之处是：因为阀体为橡胶材料，为了增加阀体与管道的连接强度，需要在阀体法兰背面设置钢制法兰，该钢制法兰要采用具有防腐性的不锈钢材料制造，增加了产品成本和带来安装磨烦。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是针对现有技术存在的不足，提供一种产品成本低、安装方便的鸭嘴止回阀。
实现本实用新型目的的技术方案包括弹性扁锥形阀体，在弹性扁锥形阀体出口由两平面相互贴合构成平面密封面，主要是在橡胶材料的阀体法兰内设置钢制法兰。
在以上技术方案中，在橡胶材料的阀体内设有与钢制法兰一体连接的金属筋板。
本实用新型与现有技术相比的优点是在橡胶材料的阀体法兰内设置了钢制法兰，既增强了阀体与管道的连接强度，同时由于钢制法兰在橡胶材料内，不需要采用防腐设计，可以采用锻钢或一般钢板材料，降低了产品成本，且安装方便。

具体实施方式
如图1所示的鸭嘴止回阀，包括弹性扁锥形阀体1，在弹性扁锥形阀体1出口由两平面相互贴合构成平面密封面，弹性扁锥形阀体1采用橡胶材料，该弹性扁锥形阀体1制有与管道连接阀体法兰3，在橡胶材料的阀体法兰3内设置钢制法兰2，该钢制法兰2封装在橡胶材料的阀体法兰3内，隔离了与介质接触。
在以上实施方案在，在橡胶材料的阀体1内设有与钢制法兰2一体连接的金属筋板4，该金属筋板4也可以采用网孔状，与钢制法兰2成垂直连接，提高阀体1的钢性，防止阀体1下垂，如图2所示。

1、一种鸭嘴止回阀，包括弹性扁锥形阀体(1)，在弹性扁锥形阀体(1)出口由两平面相互贴合构成平面密封面，其特征是在橡胶材料的阀体法兰(3)内设置钢制法兰(2)。
2、根据权利要求1所述的鸭嘴止回阀，其特征是在弹性扁锥形阀体(1)内设有与钢制法兰(2)一体连接的金属筋板(4)。
